Come with only your personal items and enjoy this fully equipped large single family home with a heated screened-in private pool in highly desirable Gulf Gate Estates, Sarasota, Florida near the world famous Siesta Key beach with fine soft white sand and shallow calm waters!

Spend your day on the beach - let your feet feel the silky soft powdery white sand, take a swim, watch fish swim around you, walk along the beach, enjoy an on-site lunch, take a nap on the beach, and maybe even watch the spectacular sunset!

Swim all year round in the heated screened-in private pool surrounded by tropical plants and lake view! Pool toys and beach gear are there waiting for you. Relax on the lounge chairs by the pool and enjoy your dinner on the patio in this paradise.

This turn-key furnished home offers 4 bedrooms with King, Queen, twin and bunk beds, and 2 full bathrooms with all amenities. Extra linens, free on-site washer and drier, free wi-fi and many other items make your stay very convenient. In case you need to work during your stay, a height-adjustable desk, a chair, a monitor, a keyboard, a mouse, wrist supports and an anti-fatigue floor mat are there for you.

Enjoy all kinds of delicious foods from many restaurants in the beach area or within walking distance from the home. If you feel like cooking, a fully equipped kitchen and nearby super markets make that easy.

Take a walk in the wonderful neighborhood with wide streets and double sidewalks. Ride the provided bikes to the nearby library, restaurants, or the famous legacy trail. A short drive or Uber ride will take you to Sarasota downtown where you can enjoy museums, art galleries and performing art venues, botanical gardens, the Aquarium and more.

We are a husband and wife team (a retired carpenter and a scientist). Our goal is to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible.

Wonderful.

Property as listed. Location for all things Sarasota could not be better. Quiet, clean neighborhood and dog friendly. Owners extremely responsive and helpful. House was well stocked. We had a great stay and would book again.

Overall Good

Overall very good stay. Almost anything you need was provided, from toiletry items to sharp knives, as well as spices and a double oven. Was very impressed with all that was provided so that we could cook at home as much as we wanted. A few things of note. We were there in January, and it was a fairly cold week, so the pool was not heated. The host came and helped to adjust it, and it did warm up some, though not where we would have liked it. That was something we would have liked to been able to use more, but it was just not warm enough. The only other thing was the house was a bit cold as well, and there weren't much other blankets, except the comforters on the bed. Again, the host brought some over, but might be something to have on hand in the house. Host was kind, communicative and helpful. Would stay again.
