¡Esta es una gran casa familiar para alquilar para sus vacaciones! Nuestra casa tiene capacidad para 20 invitados. Esta es LA casa para tu familia.

Esta casa tiene una gran habitación con techos abovedados, excelente para socializar y reuniones familiares. A los niños les encantará la piscina privada y climatizada (15 x 24) con muchas terrazas y una ducha exterior de agua caliente / fría. 2 dormitorios grandes (cada uno con baño privado) en el nivel superior. En la planta baja hay 5 habitaciones (cada una con baño privado). Una de las habitaciones es una habitación con literas con 2 juegos de literas. También en el área de reunión de la planta baja, hay un televisor de pantalla plana para que los niños vean DVD. Hay una pantalla plana SMART TV arriba también con HD.

Esta casa tiene varias cubiertas y un gran porche con vistas al Golfo. Hay 8 televisores de pantalla plana en nuestra casa, cada uno con un reproductor de DVD.

Gran casa de playa ubicada en la exclusiva comunidad Gulf Trace, adyacente al Parque Estatal Grayton Beach, rodeada por 800 acres de una reserva de dunas con lagos costeros propiedad del estado de Florida y directamente en el Golfo de México. ¡Este vecindario privado es ideal para unas vacaciones tranquilas y relajantes!

We had a great week celebrating my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary! The house was well equipped and convenient. There was plenty of space for us to all be together, or find a quiet corner for some alone time. The owner was kind and accommodating. I would recommend this home for large groups.

Family Fun

We had a wonderful time here! 9 adults, 8 kids, and a dog. We had plenty of room. Refrigerator(2) ice machines were on point! It was VERY helpful that you could see the beach flags from the house. Screened in porch was ideal when weather and beach were questionable. The pool was just enough. The beach chairs and cart for them were extremely going to and from the beach. Having 2 washer and dryers, one on each floor- was great!! We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend beaching for July 4th here in the future bc the free fireworks show was memorable!

Best Beach House Ever

Our family of three generations thoroughly enjoyed our beach house stay in Grayton. The private pool and short walk to the beach were perfect and the kitchen was very well stocked for lots of family dinners. Loved this house!

Magnolia House

Fantastic stay. Kitchen well stocked with ANYTHING you need. Appliances upgraded as well. Comfortable beds and plenty of them. Eating area will seat 12-14 people as well. Close to the beach with an easy walk.

Wonderful stay in Gulf Trace

This property had all we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. And the kids enjoyed both the pool and the yard. Gulf Trace is a great neighborhood away from the crowds.

Large house close to the beach

We had 12 adults and 5 children under 5 years old . The 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms were a perfect size for us . The house was stocked with plenty of towels and everything that you needed in the kitchen . It was a short walk to the beach . Jennifer was quick to respond to any questions that I had . We enjoyed our stay very much !

Perfect place

The house is beautiful, in easy walking distance from the beach and with a beach view from the porch. Property manager if very helpful if you have a problem. The house is well stocked with everything you could need.

Great for families

House and property are well taken care of and set up perfect for a large family vacation! 15 of us stayed ranging in age feom 18 months up to age 80. Close walk to beach. Kitchen is very well supplied for all your cooking needs! Ton of beach stuff to use! Kids enjoyed the pool.

Great Time

We have a fabulous trip to Grayton. The house was very spacious with a very stocked kitchen. Once the construction gets done I am sure it will be even better. They were pretty loud in the mornings. Lots of beach gear to use and bikes! They kids loved that!

2023 Family Vacation

The property was perfect for the family. We had 8 adults and 10 children and were delighted with the amount of rooms and space for all. The pool was great for the little members as they tired of the beach by mid afternoon. Jennifer was a delight as a host. she made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

Family vacay at Grayton Beach

This property was everything I was hoping for. I was concerned when I found out that building was going on next door but it did not hamper our trip at all. There was more noise from the house being built one street over than the one next door. Every kitchen item you would need. Before you grocery shop, check the spice cabinet because there are lots of choices you won't need to buy. We loved the closeness to the beach and it was an easy bike ride to several different restaurants and even a place for a massage!!! Jennifer was very kind to answer promptly my multiple texts and emails with questions.

Magnolia Hill another 5 stars!

Our second year at this wonderful home. Spacious, clean and well maintained. Everything we needed. We could have walked in with just our clothes and been completely satisfied. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and enjoying meals. Table sits 12 very comfortably. Appliances galore and a great grill as well. Bedrooms are spacious as well as all bathrooms. Mattresses are great. TVs in every room as well. Easy walk to the beach and wonderful restaurants close by done within walking distance. Easy access to walking and riding trails. Neighborhood is quiet and everyone waves. We have already booked our return for next year.

Excellent host and house!

We had a great stay at Jennifer’s lovely home in Gulf Trace, a hidden gem on 30A. The property is really well set up for large groups and as others have noted, it’s got an incredibly outfitted kitchen. Since you are renting from an actual owner and not a property management company, you save a lot of time, money, and effort on things like cooking supplies, games, books and just the little things that make a family vacation so much more convenient and enjoyable. We loved the distance to the beach and the laid back vibe of the neighborhood. Grayton is our favorite are in all of 30A and this house is a delight. Jennifer was fantastic to work with, very accommodating, and quick to respond. Overall, it was a great house and stay. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because of the construction next door. We had no idea there would be a GIANT home under construction in what was previously the open lot. While the construction noise wasn’t awful when we were inside the house, it made the pool and outside sanctuary area pretty unbearable during the day due to the loud noise. It’s unfortunate for this family and house, as they only seemed to be in the beginning stages of construction. We would definitely stay again though!

Great stay, house, host

We visited for 2 weeks in March. The house is great - plenty of space, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, awesome screened in porch, wooded back yard and side yards that create privacy. The neighborhood has many nice homes and was pretty quiet. The walk to the beach is easy and the beach is nice with no stairs to navigate. Jennifer the host is very responsive and helpful.

A lovely stay

Magnolia Hill is a lovely vacation home which is surrounded by trees and vegetation making it feel quite private. The home was quite comfy and well equipped with everything imaginable; from beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bikes, to game galore! Our family loved it. Every bedroom hAd a bathroom! Magnolia Hill is only a few walking minutes from the beach. And the pool was kept very clean. I would definitely recommend this home to large families, it made our vacation memorable. Chipley

We came to this area in 2004 and fell in love with Grayton Beach and were fortunate to find our house in our private neighborhood.
