Welcome to our beautiful beach house. Construction has just been completed, so everything is brand new and ready for your dream vacation. Enjoy a refreshing splash in the sparkling, brand-new outdoor pool! This home offers the perfect, private escape as is conveniently located mere steps away from the community boardwalk to the beach.

The main floor of the property boasts a well-equipped kitchen with ample space to prepare meals and an island for guests to lounge. The main level is also comprised of a dining area with a large table for family meals, an open-plan living room with a large TV, a gas fireplace, and plenty of seating. Board games are available for rainy afternoons or a break from the beach. The main level includes a king bedroom with its own bathroom and a separate powder room.

The second level sports a king primary suite with a large, private, primary bathroom, a queen bedroom with a bathroom, a bunkroom that sleeps four, as well as a second living room that features another large TV and sitting area. There is a guest bathroom shared between the bunkroom and the upstairs living room.

Start your day with a walk to Salinas Park or a bike ride along the eight-mile pathway that runs to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park at the north end of the cape.

Nearby Salinas Park has pickleball courts, a volleyball court, a kids' playground, bathrooms, day-use shelters, a dock, and a kayak launch. The Sandy Turtle comes with pickleball paddles and balls so you can give it a try.

The Scallop RePUBlic bar is located directly behind the property and hosts live music most nights while having a food truck onsite. Port St. Joe is around nine miles away and has many shops, restaurants, and other attractions. Apalachicola is about 21 miles in the other direction toward St. George Island and features great restaurants and shops.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
