Relax with the whole family or by your self at this wonderful place to stay. In this great NW location of Grand Island, Close to church, stores, recreation and all the amenities. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 1 Car garage, Slate GE Appliances, Washer and Dryer included. Free WiFi
The space
All on level living with attached 1 car garage and rear back patio with grill. Approx. 1120 sqft. Master Bedroom 12 x 13 with walk-in closet, other 2 bedrooms 11 x 12 with standard 5' closets. 2 bathrooms one of which is attached to master bedroom. Other bathroom has a walk-in shower with seat.
Guest access
Easy access from Hwy 281. Which is the main highway coming into Grand Island from I-80. Room for 4 vehicles in the driveway.
Other things to note
Any guests under the age of 21 must have permission from host before booking. No Parties are allowed on the premises.

We came for my mom’s 60th birthday, and it was so close to all the shopping and nice to have evening downtime in the common living room space!

My family would stay here again

Very clean, kitchen was well equipped to prepare our Xmas meal. We did wish that there was under cabinet lighting.

Exceeded expectations. Great in every detail. Absolutely would be happy to stay here again. Close to shops. Driveway was spacious, long, and perfect for a big van and car. Although important in another setting for us, it was very thoughtful to have both a low clearance shower and a tub and no steps. I was here on business but easily would work for aging parents on a family trip. Fantastic experience!

weekend for competition

We had a great stay at this property this weekend for our daughter's dance competition. The house was clean and perfect for everyone to have a room and bathroom during our stay. It is close to restaurants and the high school for our competition. We would definitely stay here again.

Sandhill Crane viewing

The property was very clean, comfortable and very tastefully decorated, and very easy to find. We came down from southwestern Mn. with two other couples to see the Sandhill crane migration. I would highly recommend staying in this condo.

Loved our stay

Great place to stay for a few days. We were in town for an unexpected funeral with my parents who are in their 80’s. We used two of the bedrooms. I wished they would have had a king bed for my parents and a walk in shower ( it was a tub) but I guess he could have used the guest bathroom to shower. House was very clean and modern and the tv’s were able to get many stations for viewing. We appreciated the amenities of the washer and dryer, (laundry soap included) the electric fireplace, coffee pods,shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We came and it had a lot to offer!

Comfortable and convenient

Our trip purpose was to spend time with the sandhill cranes and we were entirely successful! This location worked for our travels between Kearny and as we drove into Grand Island from the east. Very convenient to both Rowe and Crane Trust centers and blinds!Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. We cooked and enjoyed breakfasts and dinner at the island in the house.Note: somehow we oversighted the “#2” and initially went to the wrong entry.I will share a couple of easy repair/quality issues directly with the owner.

Clean rooms, plenty of towels, plenty of room, no mirrors in bedrooms for the ladies, bare minimum furniture, instructions without any extra local amenities, address access is great but unit # was not in description so very confusing to find it among multiple units - (thankfully neighbors helped us), coffee maker did not work and when communicated to manager reply was “ thanks for letting me know” not I will take care of that for you - as I expected. Overall not a bad place at all but lacking much for the price.
