Perfect!

Stayed for a weekend getaway. It’s so perfect. Everything is new, AC was amazing, nice gas fire pit. Our place was spotless and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Place; hated to dock the review but felt like I needed to share…

This property is great! So clean, cute, cozy! When we arrived & looked around I literally said “I can’t wait to give them a perfect review” (I don’t typically leave reviews). They left a bottle of complimentary wine, stocked the fridge with bottled water, & had everything right there you would possibly need for a short stay. After looking around, we noticed it was a bit stuffy so decided to turn on the air conditioning which appeared to be individual wall units in the living space & one in the bedroom. Once we attempted to adjust them, we got error messages & they were cutting off. We sent the owner a message & started outside to finish bringing our things in. As soon as we stepped out, we were greeted by a flustered woman asking if we were having difficulty with the air & asked if she could come in to get it fixed. Apparently, the house (several renovated suites in one house) is controlled by one unit & when you try to adjust the wall unit “it messes everyone up”. It was just overall awkward & she was visibly irritated & admittedly “flustered”. She pretty much made us feel bad for trying to turn on the AC & made a comment that’s why there are fans & we “surely wouldn’t want the AC on 68 that cold while we were sleeping”. We said yeah, we did & she said well then everyone would have to leave it that temperature. We didn’t touch the units anymore & they stayed on 68. Honestly, I wouldn’t even be leaving the review if it wasn’t for the awkward interaction with her.

Great Location

Clean, nicely equipped with everything you need for a home away from home. Location was super: a short distance from Monticello and across the street from Michie Tavern. We would definitely stay here again. Communication was quick and efficient.

1st Times a Charm

This was my husbands & my first time using VRBO and we were so glad we did. He could not stop raving about the cleanliness of the property and the pure comfort we felt there. It was centrally located for all we had planned which worked out perfectly. We will definitely plan on a return visit and stay here again. It was a perfect 10 for us.

A sweet and clean surprise gem.

Attention to detail. All so nice. Great location. Very clean. I would rebook again. Outside seating with propane glass fireplace…no smoke in your face. So much thought went into this gem.

These properties are gorgeous! The owner and staff are super easy to communicate with and the checkin/checkout process was a snap. Loved that we could just cross the street to Miche Tavern and we were just a couple minute drive from Monticello and the Monticello trail. We rented three of these property for UVA graduation 2024 and could not have been happier. Thank you, Vipul!

Great Location, had a blast !!

Very close to all things Charlottesville. Right next to Monticello ,Mitchie Tavern and hiking trails. Also Jefferson Winery and Bold Rock/Carter Mountain Orchard. Just a very short drive to downtown. It is very quiet and peaceful spot. Very clean and updated. Owner was very inviting and easy to contact.
