The estate has an open concept with 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths, Kitchen with all new high-end appliances, 8 person dining table, 2 living rooms, 1 propane burning fireplace, huge porch, and laundry room. The house has window AC in hot spots and extra fans for cooling in each bedroom making it very comfortable for your stay. The home is covered in shade and the bottom floor rarely surpasses 70 degrees.


This home is located in Pocono Farms Country Club, which has an extraordinary number of first-class amenities. The home sits 18 minutes walking distance and 3 driving minutes away from the 18-hole golf course, lakes, outdoor heated pool, clubhouse, lakeside grill & pub, huge kids playground and tennis court. There are endless amounts of fun activities to do in this area including hiking and the community also has some free events occasionally that guests can attend. This is an 18-hole golf course. Our front nine holes play past Glacier Lake and through mountain woodlands where spring flowers and fall colors make for an unforgettable golf experience. The back nine challenges golfers with well manicured and deeply contoured greens that demand approach shots to land and stay on the same level as the flag.

The club offers an incredible Art Wall Jr. designed championship golf course and practice facility with a pro shop. The Pro Shop at Pocono Farms Country Club in Tobyhanna, PA has everything for your golfing needs and carries a complete line of golfing attire and equipment.

(BOATING)

All Pennsylvania State Laws, pertaining to boating, govern the PFCCA Glacier Lake.

The PFCCA lake is limited to watercraft propelled by oars, paddles, sail, or electric motors. Electric motors shall not be more than five (5) horsepower ensuring that the water remains calm and clean. Any watercraft propelled by an electric motor must be currently registered in a state. Per the state law, the registration must be carried on board. All members’ boats used on the PFCCA Lake must also be registered with the PFCCA office.
Limited boat rack rental space is available by application to members in good standing through the PFCCA administration office. An annual fee is applied.

A playground is adjacent to the beach front with a large grass area for game playing and picnicking Nearby you will also find beach volleyball nets, bocce courts and shuffleboard making it a perfect family beach!
Glacier lake is also open throughout the year for fishing, sailing and boating.
There are a variety of special pool & beach events for young members, pre-teens, teens, families and adults only. There is always happening within the Aquatics Amenities.

(FISHING)

All Pennsylvania State Laws, pertaining to fishing, govern the PFCCA Glacier Lake.

The lake is stocked with trout and bass twice a year.
Residents over the age of 16 are required to have valid Pennsylvania fishing license with a trout stamp to fish in our lake. In addition, all persons fishing are required to have a valid PFCCA, Inc. badge with the current year’s amenities sticker. Pursuant to our administrative code, extended family members (children, grandchildren, parents) must be accompanied by the resident.
Keeping of bass is prohibited.

Recurring events add extra flavor to Lakeside’s delicious atmosphere. Weekly buffets, monthly prime rib nights, trivia nights, and Thirsty Thursdays are all available to residents on a regular basis. Lakeside’s Live Music Concert Series draws crowds, featuring talented artists across a variety of musical genres. From vocalists, musicians, and singer-songwriters to folk, blues, country, and rock, concerts at Lakeside are as eclectic as the menu!

(SPORTS)
- Tennis court is open dawn until dusk. Racquet and ball rental is available in the admin office.

(WINTER SPORTS)

- Cross-country skiing is allowed on the golf course fairways when adequate snow exists 8" or more.

- Sledding is allowed on the golf course when adequate snow exists 8" or more. Permitted only on hole #3 (ages 10 and under) and #8 (ages 11 and over). Metal sleds are NOT allowed.

- Ice skating IS PERMITTED when a GREEN FLAG is waving at the rear of the Lakeside Grill & Pub (by the beach). A RED GLAF indicates skating is NOT PERMITTED.
