THE CONDO UNIT
For your convenience, this condo unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing keyless check-in and check-out.
The room is a one-bedroom space measuring a little over 26 sq meters. It comes with a queen-sized bed and a couch that can double as a sofa bed. Additionally, an extra folding mattress can be provided upon request, allowing up to 4 people to stay comfortably, making it perfect for families and friends traveling together.
High-speed internet with a speed of 100MBPs is available, making remote work hassle-free. Did we mention that we also have a dedicated working space just for our guests?
For relaxing times, our TV is installed with NETFLIX, allowing for a more enjoyable get-together.
For those too tired to cook, Air Residences provide easy access to affordable restaurants. Or, if you are someone who prefers to do some light cooking on your own, our kitchen comes equipped with basic utensils that allows easy meal preparations.
Lastly, our unit, conceptualized by an upcoming Beijing-based designer was created to adhere to modern vibes characterized by monochromatic colors, clean lines, minimalism, natural materials, and soft lights.

As condo units can sometimes be a haven for pests, we have put a lot of efforts in ensuring our units have gone through several rounds of pest control, are disinfected on regular basis and are always newly-cleaned and fresh-smelling before any rental turnover is made. We can proudly claim that our units are one of the cleanest ones in the entire Metro Manila area!
