Other reviewers have covered the basics of this lovely property. Here are a few pleasant surprises not mentioned in prior reviews:
The space is larger than it appears in the pictures. Plenty of closet and other storage space.
The kitchen has a full-sized stove and sink, decent counter space, lots of cupboard space, and a fridge bigger than the one I've got at home.
The bathroom is small but nicely decorated, and you will enjoy the spa-style shower.
The porch is as delightful as everyone says it is. Also, it's really large - about ten feet wide and maybe 25 feet long. We ate every meal on the porch, and never once sat on the sofa in the living room. Truly a splendid porch.
No pictures accurately depict the view from the porch. What you see is your own little tropical garden.
The garden is full of adorable little lizards, about four inches long, that will skitter across the path as you walk from your car to your door.
This is a three-unit building and each unit has a porch. Each porch is set up for maximum privacy.
Several folks have mentioned proximity to grocery stores and the French Bakery. The apartment is also less than two blocks from a lovely deli and there's a chocolate factory across the road from the French bakery.
The biggest surprise about the location of this property is its overall privacy. Despite proximity to the aforementioned conveniences. the building is tucked away on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood.
A splendid property. We were delighted.
