Overall we loved staying at Griddy Coyote! It was a very nice home and perfect for our trip. The outdoor area was awesome. Would recommend the stay to anyone.

Overall nice place to stay and suitable for a family with dogs. The pictures of the property were a bit misleading. For example, the patio furniture was dirty and wet and not useable, but the pictures made it look clean and new. I would recommend buying new pillows for the chairs and asking guests to put the pillows away every day to prevent them from getting ruined. We also thought the property was fenced in, but it’s not so dog owners should know there is no opportunity to let dogs run around freely in the yard. While the sheets in every bedroom were sealed in plastic upon arrival, I would recommend replacing the heavy Sherpa comforters with something a bit lighter and more sanitary. With all this said, I still would recommend this property. It gave us everything we needed for a fun family vacation.

Great location & family home

The Griddy Coyote was a great week long stay for our large family and provided the comforts of home away from home. The kids loved the game room and there was ample space to play or watch TV. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities and laundry room was conveniently located. The furniture was comfortable and well maintained. We took advantage of the use of the fire pit as we watched local neighbors set off fireworks. Check in and check out was breeze and communication was timely! Our kids want to stay again next year!

Peaceful

Quiet location in a quaint little town. Enough parking for 4 vehicles and fifth extra spot. The patio is great! Beds were comfy! Plenty of hot water all around. Would visit again!

Lovely property and wonderful management team!

I and my extended family (wife, two daughters, son-in-law, and four grandchildren) enjoyed our opportunity to stay at this property during an extended weekend getaway boating/fishing on Raystown Lake. This was ideal for our needs. The "Aunt Susie's" management team was also on top of everything for our stay (thank you!).

Cute house

Our stay was very comfortable with 3 dogs and 2 little kids. The backyard was nice and open, although it wasnt fully fenced in. The layout of the house is very open. The water pressure was not great in the shower and it was hard water. Everything else was great and the location made it easy to do lake activities.

Griddy Getaway

Great getaway that is a close drive to the lake, caverns, and trails. The house is spacious with a great living room space and large dining table for enjoying meals or playing board games. The four bedrooms upstairs were the perfect size for the 7 of us. The backyard was nice to enjoy a fire, cook smores, play ball, and relax. The house was clean upon arrival.

Clean , cozy and nicely decorated

Very nice newly renovated property. Well equipped with all we needed to have enjoyable week at the lake . Space to park the boat on arrival , nice patio , gas grill with two gas cans Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds I have two small complains that I informed property management about We were excited to use air fryer in a kitchen and were about to use it but found it had old , uncleaned , horribly smelling grease in it Secondly the property has tons of closet space but no shelving or hangers so the closets were pretty useless Easy fix so we are hoping to rent the property again next year

Comfortable and Pet-friendly

We really enjoyed staying here! It was so cozy and the backyard was great for our dogs. Everything was nice, clean, and well-decorated. We loved going to the lake and walking around. Our only complaint was that a couple of the comforters had pet hair on them and needed to be washed.
