A really nice house, clean and well kept. Neighborhood is older but nice and quiet. Close to highway and lots of restaurants. The owner was very responsive and great to work with. I plan on using this VRBO again in future. Backyard was fenced in and I might bring my pets next time.

Great place

Hot tub was nice, the house itself was clean and had a great backyard that is big and pretty. Host is very responsive. Recommend!!

The place was fine overall. The main reason we booked this property was the hot tub, however the hot tub smelled terrible so we weren’t even able to use it. We paid more to stay here versus other options without a hot tub and weren’t able to use the hot tub anyways. Definitely a little disappointed.

July 2025 stay

The house was clean upon arrival, however, the spa wasn't working and half the towels were wet in the dryer. The lawn in the backyard also needed to be mowed. We could hardly see our dog in spots.

Was great

My stay was great but i was a little bit disappointed downstairs at the beginning when we came the water in the entire house was warm but the next day i shower with cold water until i left. Expect that inconvenience the communication with the property manager was great he was so quick to respond.

Perfect Birthday

Stayed for a night to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with her friends. Perfect place for teens with parental supervision. Plenty of outdoor seating and Hot tub was great and easy to use. Both Spacious and Cozy, making for wonderful memories.

Clean and comfortable

We appreciated the prompt communication from the host. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating. We found the place to be clean and comfortable, and loved being able to spend time outside in the yard and hot tub. We are happy we stayed in this rental for our Chicago visit.

Hygiene Issues

The property could be very nice however several hygiene issues. Showers were powerful and beds comfy. No cleaning was done prior to our stay, only 2 forks and lack of utensils. Oven was disgusting and have left over food in it.

Nice house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for the whole family. Liked being able to park our car in the attached garage. Using the hot tub in backyard was very enjoyable. Our host was very pleasant and quick to respond.

From Elmhurst and needed a place to stay during renovation

The place was very clean and nice. It backed up to I294 but there was no noise from inside the house. We had to be out of our house in north Elmhurst for a week due to our hardwood floors being redone and this was a great place to stay.

Clean and Communicative

Impressed with this property. It was extremely clean and the property managers were super communicative. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay, responding promptly. Detailed, informative and clear communication as well as a nice, clean home made for a wonderful stay.

Good Spot

Our team had a one day conference in Chicago. Although it was near the highway it wasn't very loud. Decent neighborhood and the good part is that it was near the highway. Lower level bed is uncomfortable, no other way to say that. I still give it 5-stars as it is as advertised. Communication with owner was timely.

Not Clean, Extremely Loud Neighbors

The place provided the rooms we needed and the function of a house for our stay; however, there were crumbs in the kitchen silverware drawer, showers had hair in them, etc. It wasn't a clean experience. Additionally, the neighbors were blasting music all night. I wouldn't return to this place.

Recent Stay (really 4.5 stars)

Older property which matched description well. Comfortably fit 5 adults and teens for 4 night stay. Quiet neighborhood even though it is right next to highway. Grocery store within a few mins. We traveled several times to downtown Chicago and Rosemont without issues (other than normal chicago traffic). There are stairs from any entrance, so just be prepared if you have a heavy cooler like we did. :) Could have been a bit cleaner, but that would not stop me from staying again. The host communication was exceptional, so I have no doubt, had we brought up the cleanliness it would have been addressed but we were away a lot of the time and it was ok, so it wasn't worth mentioning. Overall a great stay.
