Beautiful, large room in ideal location!
I am renting a large room in a beautiful Spanish-style duplex on a gorgeous, safe, quiet, palm-tree lined street. We are in the perfect location that is central to everything in Los Angeles (my few hundred 4.7-5.0 ratings from a different home rental site all rave about the location...as well as the home ;)
I live here with my 16-year-old, very sweet and quiet son (pretty much never leaves his room) and two adorable dogs (Golden Retriever and Yellow Lab) who will give you lots of love. Coming home to them is the highlight of most of my tenant's days!
The room has a new, extremely comfortable high-end queen mattress, luxury linens, a large glass desk, and a private bathroom. The house has great central air/heat; tons of light; and is bright and cheerful. Large front/back yards. Fully equipped kitchen, but also walking distance to great restaurants (half a block to Beverly Hills). We are near LACMA and the Grove, 15 min. to the beach or downtown or West LA and 5 min to Museum Row and Restaurant Row. 10-15 minutes to UCLA and 15-20 minutes to USC. We are also half a block away from lots of bus lines (we have a parking permit if you have a car).

I'm a single mom who loves traveling, community, biking at the beach (I do this daily - only 15 minutes door to door!), and sharing my home! Having traveled the world when younger, I value the experience of getting to know others and love when my visitors are from abroad. I work in the non-profit world and love my job! Overall, life is good!

I've always loved the street I live on (it's particularly beautiful) and especially how centrally it is located! I can jump on my bike and be anywhere! And driving is not a headache for me (which is unusual in LA) since I am so close to everything!
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
It's a 1935 Spanish-style home and has a lot of character. It is large, airy, lots of windows and therefore lots of light. Sitting on the front porch for morning coffee and evening wine is peaceful and my favorite spot!
