Aggie Football Rental

Located 4.7 miles (10 minutes) from Kyle Field in South College Station in a well kept established neighborhood. Our house is conveniently located close to William D. Fitch Parkway and Highway 6 with grocery (HEB), shopping , and restaurants (Gringos, Saltgrass, Walk-Ons, Casa Do Brasil, Uncorked Wine Bar, 1860 Italia) options all within 2 miles. The spacious backyard features a crystal clear blue pool/spa, outdoor TV, and plenty of extra room to play games in the yard. There are two outdoor seating areas to enjoy your friends and family pre-game. The pellet grill is a nice extra to cookout poolside with a 6 top fire table and cabana for shade. Inside the home you will find a large living area with a pull out couch and a 65 inch TV above the gas/wood fireplace with plenty of space to socialize. The kitchen is open concept with island seating. There is a 6 top table to hang have morning coffee. All three bedrooms have fresh linens and comfortable beds. Come stay for the weekend and enjoy this Aggieland home!

We had a wonderful stay! The host’s communication was excellent from start to finish—responsive, clear, and helpful with everything we needed. The place was spotless and exactly as pictured, and the location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. We felt right at home the entire time. Highly recommend, and we’d happily book again!

Ashley was a great host and the home was excellent. Well furnished and the beds were great. We really appreciated the coffee bar and use of the pool and spa. We hope to book again next year for our annual trip.

We had a great stay at this house and would definitely come back. The pool was a highlight—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The house itself was spotless and clearly well cared for, which made settling in easy. It was also stocked with everything you could need, so we never felt like we were missing anything during our stay. The hot tub was actually hot and a great bonus in the evenings. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Overall, a really enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay here for my daughter’s graduation from Texas A&M! The home and backyard are absolutely beautiful. Everything was spotless and so clean! Ashley was super responsive and was so nice to communicate with. Very, very comfortable in every aspect. It was a short drive to Reed Arena for the ceremony. This was a gorgeous place to make graduation memories for our family and friends. I highly recommend this to anyone looking!

We LOVED this place. The open floor plan was amazing, the pool beautiful, communication with owner very easy, beds comfy, and located at the end of a street on a corner. We will definitely be back!

What a great place to stay! Beautiful home close to Texas A&M but in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and backyard were wonderful. The host was extremely accommodating and easy to reach with any questions.Anyone attending an event at Texas A&M or just visiting the area would be a fool NOT to stay here!

Beautiful home!

House was very clean and furniture in very good condition. Kitchen was well equipped and had been nicely remodeled from the photos that were originally shown. Beautiful backyard! Great location and a nice place to gather with family and friends!

Game Day Weekend

The property was absolutely perfect in every way. It is newly renovated, clean and sleeps 8 wonderfully well. The pool, jacuzzi tub and backyard atmosphere was definitely a bonus for entertaining family. We will rebook this property.

The Perfect Stay

This property was perfect for our stay in College Station. It is updated, very clean, and very comfortable. The pool is beautiful and was just the right temperature to enjoy in the June heat. It also has some shade in the afternoon, which is nice when you've had enough sun. Ashley was very responsive and super easy to communicate with. I would 100% recommend staying at this property!

Fantastic stay! The owner had thought of everything we might possibly need to make our stay wonderful. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker and HEB coffee and all of the essentials! The pool and outdoor area were fantastic. Beds and bathrooms were wonderful, including the pull out sofa. Laundry room had supplies and plenty of pool towels! We had a small glitch when we arrived and the owner responded immediately to fix it. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone! We had a wonderful celebration of our son's graduation...thank you!

WILL STAY AGAIN!!!!

Ashley was amazing, the house/property was amazing, and it made our weekend so amazing. Clean house, not cluttered which felt simple yet cozy and classy. Made my mind relax as a result. We were in town to see my son march for the Core and watch a game. The pool was an awesome addition where we just took a dip in between activities. Watched the Vikings game from the patio on Sunday and ate BBQ. LOVED!

COMFY BEDS, GREAT POOL, CORNER LOT

We truly enjoyed everything about this place! The beds were AMAZING!! If I had to critique one thing...the vent in the master bathroom was not able to be turned off when the light was on. So if you had the light on, you had to listen it. Annoying but not a deal breaker. Melissa
