This apartment is a part of San Antonio's historic living and is not only right on the Riverwalk, but also steps away from delicious dining, exciting attractions, great nightlife and entertainment.

This historic building is one of San Antonio's historic locations and has a lot of originality and charm along with it's nostalgic decor. Check out the old mail shoot that is located next to the elevator that residents used to send their mail for the post man to collect. It is not a working mailbox, so don't mistakenly mail a letter :)
This apartment also has a K-cup coffee maker with a supply of coffee, creamer & sugars for your convenience.

Ok stay at the Riverwalk 1 bedroom

This property is as advertised, it is quaint and charming, very well kept and clean. But it was not for us, we are a 60+ couple, the late check in was a bit hard, parking is trouble and the Wi-Fi in the building was lagging. All in all, not ill represented, just was not a good fit, cost me over 100.00 in parking and had to move the car due to a time limit in the garages.

My wife and I enjoyed the property but what others listed in their reviews are very accurate. The building is very smelly, sometimes overpowering. In the same hall as this listing are smokers and that leaks out into the hallway. It is very noisy at night from the street and we appreciated the ear plugs that were left. Most of the noise started to die down around 1AM but picks uo again around 7:30AM. The area around the building is a little rough due to the homeless population. We unfortunately passed a couple people actively holding needles and acting erratically just outside the building. The apartment itself was very nice and as described. We enjoyed the stay overall because we felt we knew what to expect after reading others reviews.

Cute with decent location downtown.

Apt. Clean although 1 cover on bed smelled like cigarette smoke. Sheets fine. Otherwise very nice and cute place. Walked everywhere most days and got a little lucky with the parking and was able to stay on the street close by with minimal cost.

Cozy with Sounds of the City

The place is nice and cozy, well equipped and the bed is comfortable. The Friday night we were there had plenty of city sounds well past midnight with revving engines and loud music from passing cars. Saturday morning the garbage trucks pickup pretty early. We had to be up early to go to conference or maybe we would have slept through it in the comfy king sized bed. It is located right downtown San Antonio so it is very convenient to everything downtown SA has to offer. With that said, the city sounds we’re expected and somewhat entertaining since it was so different than what we are used to. It was a fairly easy walk to the convention center, very easy on scooter or a short Uber ride that was easy to get.

River walk view

Very clean and amazing eclectic decor. Great restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. We loved it!!!!

So cute, and right on the Riverwalk!!

The pic looks EXACTLY like the real thing. Am an idiot and could not figure out shower on the first night. Delightful and sparkling clean tub- wish I’d brought a bath bomb to complete the sensory calming experience of staying here. Price point is far lower than any riverwalk hotel with a kitchen, and with that, downsides of no early checkin or luggage management (a fee to do this) and, as with many hotels, AC is loud (hint- there are 2! Shut it off in the room you are using, and turn on the ceiling fan - no noise), and hallways are clean but not nearly as cute as the unit. If you are a coffee snob, bring your own - this is Texas, not Portland. Overall, I loved it. Really glad I stayed here!

Perfect stay on the Riverwalk

We absolutely loved this cute little place right on the Riverwalk. Everything was clean and filled with amenities that we enjoyed throughout our stay: nice smelling soaps & shampoos, coffee & creamer, and soft blankets. Don't hesitate to book this place. Its quaint; but you'll enjoy it!

Perfect location.

This property is located in the pefect location near the Riverwalk. The apartment building is charming with it's rustic feel. The apartment is perfect for two people. Clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. We could not find a wine bottle opener so we left one. The loading zone had vehicles parked in it the entire time that did not move despite the 15min time limit. Unfortunately someone in the building smoked weed all day and the smell was strong. Ear plugs were provdided to help with the city noise. We didn't use them because we like to sleep with a fan and that was good enough. We were happy to see the box fan provided. Overall this is a great value VRBO and we would stay here again.

Girl Time

The apartment was cute and very clean. We had everything we needed for the four days. Easy access to the main restaurant section of the riverwalk. It was a perfect place for two people to stay. The bed was very comfortable!
