Brand new, New listed! This is an amazing location in Cary and Morrisville. 9 mins to RDU airport, 7 mins to RTP Campus. 3 mins to Davis Commons Shopping Center, Wegmans,Harris teeter, food lion, Starbucks and various restaurants.
Newly remodeled and decorated. Private porch is perfect for morning coffee and night grill! Plenty of natural light to flow throughout the home. Walking distance to Phillips Farm( local produce market), parks, greenway trails, Tennis, Volleyball court, Lake, Clubhouse, Pool.

1 king bed, 2 queen bed, 2 twin size bed (bunk bed), 3.5 bathroom. One car garage
First floor has spacious in-law suite with queen size bed, second floor has decent family area and kitchen with a lovely office. Third floor has 1 queen bedroom, 1 bunk bedroom and master king size bedroom. We are new host here. We renovated everything before we listed our house here. Our house doesn’t have any review and rates yet. We recently listed it on here. Please, give us a chance and try this gorgeous, fantastic house . We promise we will do our best to satisfy you. You will enjoy your stay!

We had everything we needed for our stay. Wished the pool had a hot tub but we knew that in advance. The stairs kept us in shape! Maybe a guide for the wall switches, pool location and the shower operation would help. Deck needs some attention but served our purpose. Very rresponsive property manager when we had questions.

Accessible and Comfortable

Very clean and comfortable stay. Property is well maintained. The entry level bedroom was perfect for my elderly mother in law, although a walk in shower would have been more preferable. Overall I’d recommend and stay again.

Convenient and accommodating

Great location, space worked out really well for the 5 of us adults (1 couple). Host was very responsive and allowed flexibility we needed with arrival and departure. Also quick to bring a replacement item that wasn't working.

Relaxing family get together

We really enjoyed our stay in Cary. The home is spacious, and well appointed, with plenty of fluffy towels and comfy beds. The host was extremely responsive, and everything was just as easy as could be. We liked looking at the ducks and turtles in the pond outside! Thanks for a great stay.

Great location and clean property

Enjoyed my stay at the townhouse. I had an unforeseen family emergency which altered my length of stay. The owner was very accommodating and helped me adjust my dates. Great communication and highly recommended the property.

There was a goodly amount of room, but I didn’t realize it was on three floors. Walking up three floors was not fun, but we managed. Also the host wanted us to not wear shoes in the house and walking up those stairs with bare feet was tricky, especially carrying suitcases. The kitchenette living area were quite nice. There were a good supply of kitchen utensils. We couldn’t seem to get much on the TV. The ground floor closet space was taken up somewhat by boxes left by the host. The ground floor vanity didn’t have any space for cosmetics and toiletries. It would’ve been nice to have pictures of the outside of the building and the deck.

Wonderful stay

The house was great! Check in and out was very easy. The place was very clean and had really thoughtful amenities. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back again.

Great home in a cute neighborhood

Home has been recently renovated and was in great condition. The back patio view was perfect place to enjoy breakfast. The neighborhood is great and close to lots of dining options. Highly recommend.

Great rental for a large group

This townhome was a great find for our family. Perfect for us, five adults. The beds were very comfortable, unit was clean, with a well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space. This unit does have many stairs, with bedrooms on ground floor and third floor, which wasn’t a problem for us. We would definitely book again.

Graduation week

This well-appointed property was perfect for our needs. The bedroom on the ground level with the en suite was perfect for mom and dad. The adult children stayed in the lovely and spacious third floor bedrooms and could stay up later talking and catching up without disturbing mom and dad. The townhouse has easy access to Chapel Hill as well as Raleigh and Durham. There is a lovely Wegmans grocery store that is practically within walking distance. During our week we did a taste test between the nearby Andy’s custard and the classic Carolina Goodberry’s Frozen Custard (our winner). The neighborhood was quiet and lovely and seemed very safe. We would take walks around in the evenings and felt completely safe. There is a little pond directly across the street where a gray heron appeared multiple times. It was lovely.

Cute townhouse in convenient neighborhood

The house was clean and well stocked with utensils and appliances for cooking if needed. There is limited parking outside the one space driveway, so if more then one vehicle might need to park a little ways away, but it's a safe, good walking neighborhood. Convenient location close to RTP, Cary and Morrisville. Overall, was perfect for our needs for a family of 6 for 2 weeks when we had to vacate our house.

Spontaneous Week in Cary

The hosts were great, very accommodating. This is a remodeled property, very clean and neat. However for the future, should not leave roach motels under beds etc., with small children staying as guests. We saw zero evidence of bugs. Also could use extra towels, and other linens for a week’s stay. These are easy fixes and I’m sure will be taken care of, these are new hosts and working hard to get it right. Again, very nice to work with and extremely responsive.

Great stay for our family get together

We recently stayed at this Vrbo property with my 81-year-old mom, my husband, brother, and 12-year-old nephew, and we had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently situated close to our family members who live nearby.The house was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. One of the standout features was having multiple bathrooms; it made it easy for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils, making meal prep a breeze.While the property does have many stairs, which could be a challenge for some, it worked out well for us overall. My mom utilized the first floor, which provided her with a comfortable bedroom and bathroom, along with easy access from the entrance. The second floor, featuring the kitchen, living room, and another bathroom, allowed for a separate space where those of us awake didn’t disturb those sleeping. The third floor had two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, plus a master bedroom with its own bathroom. My nephew loved the room with the bunk beds, especially the top bunk!We also appreciated the large walk-in closet in the master bath where we stored our suitcases. The owners were very prompt in addressing any of our needs, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth.Although we had access to a swimming pool, we never made it there since my cousin has a pool. We also didn’t use the deck as it was too hot outside. Overall, great stay!
