The Austria Haus Club (AHC) is known for its warm, hospitable, and friendly club atmosphere with European charm in the heart of Vail Village.
The cleaning fee is included in the rate.
This penthouse apartment is located on the upper floors of the AHC and has a vaulted ceiling in the living room with picturesque views of Vail Mountain, and Gore Creek from its south-facing balcony and the south-facing living room & master bedroom windows. The gas fireplace in the living rooms adds to the warm ambiance, and the three bedrooms and three bathrooms are large with many amenities.
AHC’S address – 242 East Meadow Drive, Vail – confirms its central location and closeness to Gondola One.
AHC is a luxury fractional ownership condominium with only eighteen units, so many or most of the other residents at any given period will be club owners.
AHC's convenient location is about one minute from the historic covered bridge and is truly within easy walking distance to EVERYTHING, including most of the renowned restaurants such as Russel's, La Tour (which is next door to the AHC), Mountain Standard, Matsuhisa, and many more, and yet, AHC is in a quiet, tranquil area of the village.
The AHC is also situated only minutes from the ice-skating rink, many fine retail shops, the Vail Transportation Center (free bus service), and many other attractions.
Given its convenient location in Vail Village, a vehicle is unnecessary unless one wants to engage in adventures away from Vail Village, but in any case, one garage space with valet service is provided FREE.
The walk to Gondola One is about five minutes.
A few notable services and amenities include:
• A fully equipped kitchen
• Very attentive concierge services by a friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable staff
• Daily housekeeping service
• Breakfast every morning with varied hot dishes

I am an owner at the Austria Haus Club (AHC) for several years now, and I can truly say that each Vail experience keeps getting better with each stay at the AHC. I have skied around the world - Japan, USA, Europe, Chile, and even Lebanon - and overall, the AHC has been overall better than any lodging where I have stayed. When I can't use my week/s, I rent them.

Location, location, location - the AHC is convenient to everything and is so easy to walk to Gondola One and La Tour Restaurant is maybe 15 seconds away! 10 of the best restaurants are less than five minutes walking

The AHC blends warmth, hospitality, and friendliness, along with professional services and thoughtful amenities to create a unique ambiance. Everyone - staff and residents - are so friendly. Everyone of my guests over the past few years has said this to me.
