In the heart of Nantucket's Village, you are able to walk to all main restaurants and shopping in town. Walk to Lily Pond for nature relaxation. Located on a bus line to take you to beaches, like Madaket and Cisco or bike to the beaches. The home has parking. Across from the popular American Season's Restaurant and a five minute walk to Brant Point Grill for the best Sunday brunch. 5 minutes walk to Children's Beach and a 10 minute walk to the Brant Point Lighthouse. Be within walking minutes of the shopping or entrainment or serenity of the ocean and walking trails.
Located in the Nantucket Historic district, this circa 1775 family home. Multiple living areas, central ac, and close proximity to Main Street, Children's Beach, Jetties and Brant Point make this a fantastic spot to enjoy your time on Nantucket.
First Floor: Three separate living areas include a family room with a TV and fireplace, a sun room, and also a dining room at the front of the house. There is a ensuite queen bedroom with a full bathroom, with a bathtub, and with a washer and dryer.
There is a dining area that seats 8.
There is also outdoor dining space for 8, on the back patio.
Second Floor: There are three bedrooms on this floor. The Master ensuite includes a Queen bed, with bath that has a double vanity and shower. There are two additional bedrooms. One includes two twin beds and the other a king bed. There is a shared full bath for the twin and king size bedrooms. Also, upstairs there is a separate living area with a TV.
The home has mature landscaping.
