Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) offers a convenient location, providing easy access to several popular tourist points in Dubai:

Dubai Marina: Approximately 20 minutes by car.
Jumeirah Beach: About 25 minutes by car.
Mall of the Emirates: Around 20 minutes by car.
Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall (Downtown Dubai): Approximately 25 minutes by car.
Palm Jumeirah: About 30 minutes by car.
While not directly in the heart of tourist areas, JVC's central location allows for relatively quick and hassle-free trips to many of Dubai's iconic attractions. This makes it an ideal base for exploring the city while enjoying the benefits of a more affordable and tranquil neighborhood.

In accordance with local laws, we will need a copy of the passport for all guests checking in (shared in the chat), which will be uploaded onto the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing) portal. If we do not receive the documents before check-in, the building reception may refuse access, and this will delay your check-in — for which we cannot be held responsible.

This apartment is registered in DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing).

House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, building rules and the furniture. Please no parties, NO SMOKING.
🚭 No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a 1500 AED fine, as we will need to deep-clean the curtains, bed, sofa, and rug.

🚫 No parties or loud gatherings are allowed. I reserve the right to cancel the booking and alert building security immediately in case of disturbance.

🐾 NO pets are allowed.

🔑 Lost access cards, parking remotes, or building keys will be charged 500 AED each.

🙏 Please treat the apartment with care, as if it were your own: avoid touching the walls with dirty hands, and be mindful not to stain the sofa, mattress, or carpet.
