Great location and property

The property is in a fantastic location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The property is very well appointed with all possible appliances, kitchen cooking equipment, towels and luxury items required for a relaxed stay.

We had a great long term stay. Home is well stocked and nicely decorated. The location is great, can walk to everything. The hosts are very responsive.

The property looked amazing on the Website, and was even more amazing in reality. The location is perfect, so close to both surf and river beaches, shops, cafes and beautiful areas to walk in. The townhouse is so well equipped, I could have left half of what I brought with me at home - everything needed is provided. Loved my six weeks in Cotton Tree and will definitely rebook.

The Great Escape

Wonderful unit within walking distance of all local amenities. Felt like home with a well stocked kitchen equipment, utensils, bedding and towels. Decor was beautiful with quirky beach like theme. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Would book again without hesitation. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful townhouse

Lovely place to stay. Very neat and clean. Everything provided. Very close to beaches, river, shops. The only thing I would change is that it’s not air conditioned and it was extremely hot/humid during our stay so fans really weren’t enough.

CottonTrees Holiday , Steve & Grace

My husband and I stayed at this accommodation for about 8 days. It was really lovely, spotless and very well presented. Everything in the townhouse was provided for and you couldn't ask for more. The location was great, quiet and in close proximity to everything. The hosts were great. We are looking forward to our next trip back soon. Highly recommend.

Month long vacation

My family stayed at this fabulous town house for a month over Easter!!! This house has all the amenities, was very clean and located within walking distance of fantastic cafes, shops, beach and activities. Please note there is no air-conditioning, but opening the windows in afternoons did allow for some breeze to come in. Outdoor shower is fantastic for washing any excess sand off the kids. Loved the wildlife that visited us, including a friendly possum. We would stay here again.

This property is by far the best holiday property my wife and our border collie, Charlie, have the fortune to stay at. It is in a great location, Amanda is a terrific host and the unit is just lovely with everything you could ask for in plentiful supply. We love staying there and look forward to our next vacation there.

Unfortunately we were locked out at the outset but were lucky the owners brother lives nearby and helped us. Then the air conditioning and overhead fans failed for the last half of our trip c 5 days, which was difficult for my 83 year old mother. Add to that the amount of ambient light throughout due to substandard blinds….made sleeping a challenge. The owner was very ungracious. Would recommend the location.

Cotten Tree Escape

We had a wonderful holiday, very relaxing and central to the most beautiful walks down the coast to Mooloolaba. The coffee machines were a coffee lovers paradise. Thank you for such lovely accommodations the Dowell family.

Great home, well equipped, fabulous location

We enjoyed a wonderful pet friendly, family holiday! The house is beautifully designed and well equipped from kitchen thru to indoor games and outdoor equipment for water activities and picnics. And it's only a 450m walk to the river or beach, or walk to food and shops. We recommend guests try the nearby "Mangoes Thai" takeaway, amazing food!

Maroochydore

The stay was lovely however two bathrooms, the outdoor bathroom/shower which is considered the second bathroom is definitely not private. The high rise building next door was able to see you showering hence pack swimmers. The accommodation was well provided with plenty of add ons.

Jodie, we clearly state in our description about the outdoor shower which lost guests love and chose our home for it. Our family including our teens shower there for the 6 weeks we are there at Christmas and the apartments next to us don’t look down as it’s a bedroom windows. Sorry that you felt you needed to give a 4 star because you didn’t read out very detailed description

Review of Paperbarks unit 1

A very well presented property in a fantastic position, close to everything. We walked everywhere and didn't even get the car out of the carport once. Our disabled dog, Daisy, was very comfortable and we really appreciate properties that allow dogs. We will definitely be returning.

Beautifully presented townhouse

What a great townhouse! The owners generously provide access to SUP's, boogie boards & bikes. Kitchen is so well equipped, I love that often used basics are available such as sauces, S&P, oils etc, even shampoo & conditioner, I didn't have to pack near as much. Coffee machine too. Beds are comfortable and all beautifully presented. The absence of AC was not really an issue, only one day I felt I could have used it. Location was central too. We would love to come back. Thanks so much for your generosity
