Great place at a great central location

This place is 20-30 minutes away from just about whatever you’d want to do in the area. We visited Eureka, Beaver Lake, and the roaring river from this house and it was the perfect fit for us. Owner was very communicative and responsive. House was clean and just as advertised.

Nestled in the Ozarks

This was a great place to stay if you don't have to run back and forth to Eureka Springs which was our purpose destination. The house was clean and comfortable and everything was there that we needed for a short stay. We will provide additional feedback to the Host, but this place met our needs for a short stay. Thanks for letting us stay.

Great location

Great location with so much to see and do. We enjoyed discovering the area and relaxing on the front porch with a quiet, secluded view.

House it self was nice. But needs some cleaning. Bathroom rugs were nasty. All floors need cleaned not just in the middle

They need to update there photos, and the back porch stairs need to be repaired and there is no light on the back porch. They need to put a few more items in the kitchen like a mixer. Said there was a keruig and it was a regular coffee pot.

Excellent!!

LaCosta's property was perfect for our family and furr babies!! It was very comfortable and felt like another home! The location was maybe 25 minutes from Eureka Springs and the drive into town was absolutely gorgeous! Our kids were over the moon! We used the fire pit to roast hog dogs and smores. I don't think we could have sayed anywhere better for the price we paid! We would 100% stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this rental!! Check was easy, property was clean, and the host sent messages prior to tell us to reach out if we needed anything during our stay. Loved the fire pit area and the fact that it's tucked back off the main road. Pet friendly and well worth the price! We will be staying here every year if it's available for our vacation in the area.

Our Stay in Seligman

We found the cabin very roomy and comfortable. We were looking for a private, pet friendly and rustic location near Eureka Springs and this cabin was perfect for us. All the comforts of home away from home. We had no complaints at all and would not hesitate to book it again.

Perfect for our little family we really enjoyed the deck and fire pit! Some breakable things around for decor, I just put those up out of my 2 year olds reach and no worries!

Very peaceful

The back deck was a very relaxing place to hang out. The beds were comfortable. House was very clean and had everything we needed to make our meals. About 15 minutes to roaring river and just as close to Beaver Lake, AR. The kids enjoys the big screen tv in the living room. I enjoyed the mortal combat arcade game...Nice throw back to my youth going to the arcades. We would definitely stay here again!

Hidden Gem!

This place was perfect! Amazing stay with an amazing host. Any negative reviews on here should be taken in context. People want 5 star luxury accommodations and that's not here. However for the price I would recommend it to anyone. Smelled fine, it's in the woods so some bugs and what not, when leaves are on the trees it is secluded, the area is not pristine so when the leaves are gone you will most likely see some of the "neighbors". Easy to get to in between everything, great base camp for you and your family. Loved the artwork as well, was a local artist and really put the cherry on top of this trip for me. We will be back.

The wifi wasn't working but the property manager was really nice about it. Said he would get it fixed. I thought the house smelled a little musty could use a good airing out.

location good and quiet 5 nights not enough TP, trash bags, paper towels, etc supplies listed not all provided---hair dryer carpet was nasty, smell coming from window units bad bugs inside the home, and smelly washing machine glade plug-ins all over the house, but doesn't help glad the dollar store was not far we had to buy alot.

We weren't provided a check in email. Could not get a hold of property owner via phone number on reservation. Had to contact expedia and spent another 30 minutes trying to get help checking in, Expedia was super helpful and found 2 other numbers we could try. We did finally get a hold of the property owner, a very nice lady who apologized and got us our check in details. Its an older property so its appropriately priced. Front storm door is missing the screen, broken microwave above stove, so instead of fixing, there's a counter top microwave. The refrigerator may be on its was out too, the temp said it was 48° which isnt cold enough for safe food storage temps. Pictures show a kuerig, its just a regular coffee maker. Watch out for the sunken living room stone steps, easy tripping, hazard with no handrail. Back deck is super nice, but one of the handrails going down the stairs is about ready to fall off. Super cute fire pit, but sadly, no chairs available to sit aound the fire pit. Master bath has double sinks that are very nice. However, one of the faucets doesn't get hot water. Overall it was a good stay especially for the money, location is great if you're headed in to Eureka for the day. The neighborhood is old and run down.But this property is secluded in the woods.So you don't really notice it once you get to the house.

No internet and not secluded

It was not secluded with neighbors very close. Deck was not safe. Steps in the living area needed safe hand rails. Neglected property that needed maintenance on several issues. On top of everything property was advertised as having free WiFi and Netflix. There was no internet surface at all. We were informed of this only half hour before we were to be there so we had no choice but to stay on a 3 day mini vacation with 2 13 year old boys and no tv or gaming.
