Getaway vacation home on Toledo bend. Right on the water with dock!!

Watch a beautiful sunrise over the lake from the balcony or in bed. Sit and watch the boats go by or go down to the dock and enjoy the fun. This cabin has so much to offer. Plenty of parking and only minutes from Toledo Town, locals restaurants, and coffee. Great for a family vacation, girl’s weekend or have direct access to the lake with boat lift at the dock while fishing tournaments. There are 2 paddle boards, one kayak, an inflatable lily pad, and plenty of floats at the dock. Sleeps 6 comfortably and there are 2 twin air mattresses in the closet.

It was wonderful! We are a fishing family with 3 kids. The house was extremely clean, the dock was great! The kids had a blast paddle boarding and kayaking! Will definitely go back!

Fishing trip

What a wonderful place to stay very clean perfect spot on Toledo bend host wonderful to communicate with very cozy this is our second time to stay and we will be back for many more

Cabin super clean. Well stocked. Perfect location. Dock is outdated and doesn’t accommodate guest boats well.

Family vacation

The property was great, my granddaughter enjoyed the paddle boards and the kayak. The location wss great, 20 minutes from the Waterpark.

Fishing tournament trip

We traveled here for our son's HS fishing tournament. The property is on the water and is really nice! We had a great stay!

Most relaxing stay!!

We loved this little piece of heaven! Beds were so comfy, the kitchen/bathroom were well stocked, and the view was amazing!! Roxanne was an attentive and helpful host. Can't wait to go back!

PERFECT for memory making!

Loved the memories made in this vacation spot! We have taken our kids on many vacations that were expensive, but I have to say some of the best memories were made here in this little cabin with them. Has all the amenities you need to have the best time!

Great weekend getaway

This property was an awesome place to take the weekend and decompress. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time beds are comfortable the cabin is cozy and the view of the lake is amazing. 10/10 will definitely be using them again

Great little house

Enjoyed our stay at the little blue house. Small and perfect for me and my husbands trip but could definitely fit more people comfortably. Loved the boat dock for fishing in the shade after our daytime fishing trips.

Lake House Classic

House is close to Toledo town area and served us well. Upstairs bedroom is accessible only to people willing to climb up ladder type stairs. House is clean, well kept, cozy. Nice decks and boat dock pier. No dishwasher, comfortable beds and quiet. Nice view of lake.

Perfect little getaway

Me and my husband and teen children enjoyed our stay. Beds where very comfy. Loved the private dock equipped with all the extras. Kitchen was stocked even had spices. View was amazing. So many windows that catch the beautiful view. I would absolutely choose this place again on future trips to toledo bend..thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us.

This property has EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your stay. All the little things - paddle boards, water mat, kayak, fishing poles, beach towels, lounge chairs, not to mention ALL the little things in the kitchen. Nice quiet cove. You can fish from the covered pier and pull right up in your boat of you bring one.

31st anniversary

My husband and I celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary here! It was peaceful and relaxing. The house was decorated very nicely and they had everything we could have needed stocked. Watching the sunrise each morning will be a memory we have for the rest of our lives. We also enjoyed splashing around on the paddleboards and just chilling on the multiple decks! Love this place and would love to bring grandkids when they get a little older.

Toledo Bend Trip

Visited to fish a tournament out of cypress bend. Location was perfect. Close to stores and the weigh-in site. Great views of the lake from the spacious back porch! Plenty of room to park boat and trailer with a second vehicle. Electrical outlet in optimal location to charge while off of the water. Only downside, not all amenities listed were available.
