New hot tub! Water is changed after every guest stay to ensure fresh, clean water.
Only a 5-minute walk to the slopes and located in the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains, this 5/6-bedroom, 4-bath home is perfect for a family retreat.
Close to hiking & wineries, this spacious & comfy spot offers something for everyone. Shenandoah National Park and the Appalachian Trail boast endless breathtaking views and hikes appropriate for all.
We are only a short drive down the mountain to Nelson 151, which has many wineries, breweries, cideries, distilleries, and restaurants.
As part of the Wintergreen Resort, guests have easy access to the Resort's year-round adventures including, of course, skiing and snow tubing during the winter months.
The home is only a short 5-minute walk to the slopes; you can ski right down Upper Tyro.
The main floor of the home consists of a fully stocked kitchen, large dining table and bar area, the Great Room with comfy seating and a propane fireplace, and a full bathroom.
A room is located off the Great Room which can serve as either another relaxation space or can be converted into an additional private bedroom with a queen-size futon.
Another room which shares the fire place with the Great Room has a TV and game console.
The deck off of the Great Room has a propane grill and propane heat lamp.
The lower level of the home has all of the bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a private office space.
In the summer months, guests have access to two community pools and a lake with picnic tables and play areas perfect for all ages.
Additionally, Wintergreen Resort has a spa that is open to the public! They offer many services and all rates/services are available on the resort website.

Mountain weekend

We had a wonderful time. The house was terrific!!! It was easily the most fully equipped house we have ever stayed in. And it had all the little extras that were super helpful - from booster seats to stepstools to bed sides to keep little ones from falling out of bed, to tea to coffee. We were beyond pleased. Light switches were labeled, instructions for things were in the welcome book. We have found our mountain trip house! Thank you for sharing it with us!!!

Fall Apple picking with the entire family

The house was perfect for all of us, 6 adults and 2 children (6 &. 9), we had more than enough room for everyone. The kitchen and family room were huge, no issues bumping into each other, kitchen table is large enough for 10, plenty of room for dinner as a family or a competitive game of Uno.The house is within walking distance of the Market, and two trails, The Plunge and Fortunes Ridge. We had a great time and great stay. The internet was out when we got there but the property manager got right on the issue and it was back up quickly.

Great Stay!

Great location with easy access to the slopes. House had more than enough room for everyone and as well stocked. Layout worked very well for larger groups.

Mountain Getaway

This property was very clean and organized. Check in was easy. It would be a good spot for ski enthusiasts because it is close to a slope. We would have liked it to be closer to Hiking trails but overall we enjoyed staying there.
