You will be right at home in this coastal time capsule! Steps away from some of the most popular restaurants and shops in Newport, you can't beat the walkable location. Grab a unique weekend breakfast, take in the local art or shop for a book to curl up with! Enjoy the easy access to a seemingly endless expanse of sandy beach and round out the day with a drink and delicious dinner. All of this, and so much more, lies within blocks of your lovely vacation home.

As you enter Nye Creek Cottage, you are greeted by the cozy closeness of the front living room. A short look around at the decor will tell you all about the piece of history you're staying in! With a big, comfy sectional for relaxing, large TV to stream your favorite movies and shows, and a gas fireplace for warming up the cold coastal nights, the living room is sure to bring the family together after a long day of exploring. Just to the left of the living room is a bedroom perfect for kids or extra guests. It has a twin size bed with a single trundle underneath, a TV with tons of streaming options, and plenty of books to enjoy. Through the living room you'll find a spacious kitchen and dining area, with everything you could need to whip up a gourmet meal, a beach picnic, or just morning coffee! The downstairs bathroom off of the kitchen features a large, deep clawfoot tub with an attached shower to wash away the salt and sand. A stacked washer/dryer is also provided for your convenience. Walk through the kitchen and up the staircase and you'll find two cozy queen bedrooms to fall into as you listen to the ocean waves lull you to sleep. Just across from the upstairs bedrooms is another full bathroom with a tub/shower for your enjoyment.

The outdoor area in the front yard is perfect for gathering with two rocking chairs on the porch to relax in and to breath in the fresh ocean air. Enjoy the firepit and gas grill for an evening spent outside with family and friends. Watch the excitement of the bustling Nye Beach district unfold while you grill up some delicous food and tell stories around the fire!
