Heated pool, putting green, arcade game, foosball, 70-inch TV, open floor plan, and 4 king beds with premium mattresses at the BEST LOCATION in all of Phoenix! You will love your stay at the solar powered Resort House 51, centrally located in a quiet residential area close to Paradise Valley, the Kierland Commons, and the Scottsdale Quarter with a multitude of high-end restaurants and shops, hiking and golf courses. Only a 15 min drive from Sky Harbor Airport & 20 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale.
This home is fully equipped and set up for a fun-filled vacation! Your private backyard oasis features a sparkling heated pool, putting green, gazebo, BBQ and fire pit with seating area. The game room will keep both kids and adults entertained, with a tournament foosball table and state-of-the art 4-person arcade game featuring over 3,000 games (yes, you read that right!) such as Golden Tee, Pac Man, NBA Jam and all the classics! The home has been newly furnished and all four bedrooms include smart TV's and KING sized beds with luxury mattresses and bedding.
The indoor and outdoor dining areas seat 8 people. You will enjoy the Arizona sunsets, outdoor games, and incredible resort vibe that this home has to offer. We hope you enjoy your stay!
HOUSE RULES:
NO SMOKING. NO PETS. ($500 fine)
This property accommodates a MAXIMUM of 8 people. For insurance and safety reasons, our onsite Property Manager will NOT permit additional guests beyond this number.
This house is located in a quiet neighborhood and IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The exterior of the home is equipped with Ring security cameras (no cameras inside the home), and there are decibel monitoring sensors located inside and outside of the home (they do not record actual sounds or conversations, but only decibel levels). Excessive noise/causing disturbance during quiet hours will result in a $200 fine.
Booking party must be at least 25 years of age.
Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day or $350 per week. Must notify host at least 72 hours in advance of desire to heat the pool.
IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 authorizes HOA's and cities to require occupant information including contact data, and vehicle data. An online portal is provided to enable travelers to complete the online form in less than five minutes.
* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy are required within three days of booking.
(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting and/or using ride-share services.
(b) Bedroom and Bedding Setup. (OPTIONAL)
* Pool and Spa Indemnification. VERY IMPORTANT: At no time is a lifeguard on duty. All renters must digitally execute a Pool & Spa Safety Indemnification Notice before occupancy. (REQUIRED)
* Arrival and Departure: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and cleared for occupancy.
* All requests for early arrival and late departure must be requested in advance and may not be possible based on the home's cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text for updated information on the day of your arrival for early arrival updates, and the day before your departure to get late departure updates.
* Safety & Security Violation Fee: Our arrival protocols and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to our home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected and authorized for occupancy. The host reserves the right to cancel your booking if anyone in your group violates the established Safety and Security protocols by arriving to the property before receiving full authorization to occupy the property. Quiet Hours 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. An online occupancy portal has been established to make the process of providing your group's information easy, and to take very little time.

* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy is required prior sending out arrival information.
(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting vehicle(s) and/or using ride-share services.
* Facilities Use Safety Notice & Indemnification. All renters are required to read and digitally sign a one-page Safety Notice designed to ensure that everything possible is done to help people occupying the property to stay safe during their stay. (REQUIRED)
* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.
* Cancelation & Refund Policy: NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to the published cancellation and refund policy. All Renters are highly encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance within three days of booking. All Renters who purchase "Cancel for any Reason" (CFAR) insurance coverage within three days of booking will be reimbursed 50% of the CFAR insurance premium cost within one week after the Renter's stay has successfully concluded.
(a) Time Change Policy: All changes to the pre-established standard times for arrival and departure are considered REQUESTS only, until expressly approved by your Host. All arrival and departure time change requests must be requested in advance on your online occupancy portal. Requests for arrival and departure time changes will not be approved until the morning of the arrival and the day before the departure, and may not be possible based on the home's cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text your host's Property Services Desk for updated information on the day of your arrival for early-arrival updates, and the day before your departure for late-departure updates.
(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. In all instances, anyone arriving to the property before receiving explicit arrival authorization, or overstaying your authorized departure time, will incur a $100 fee for violating your Host's Arrival and Departure House Rules Policy.
Return of Personal Property: Any and all personal property left at the property upon departure may be collected from the property at a pre-arranged day and time, subject to the field staff's schedule and availability to meet at the property. In all cases, if personal property is not able to be picked up at the property, and delivery of personal property is requested, the charge associated with arranging and paying for the return of personal property is $75 service fee, plus the actual costs associated with mail and/or delivery charges.
