Kamp Kokanee | Updated Condo Near Spa + Sauna

Summary:

Have fun with the whole family at this beautiful condo with a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo minutes from Shaver Lake. Once you enter, it feels warm & inviting with the wood burning fireplace and open floor plan. There are two outdoor decks to relax & drink your morning coffee or watch the snow fall. Prepare your meals in the updated kitchen with marble counters. In the complex, there is a shared pool, spa & sauna. Start making memories with your friends & family at Kamp Kokanee!



The Space:

Once you walk in the front door, you can walk upstairs to the contemporary kitchen, dining and living area. Outside, you'll enjoy a nice coffee on the patio. Then, you can walk downstairs to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Off of the master bedroom, you'll have another patio to relax on. Also, there is a washer and dryer in the unit.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire condo except a few owner's closets (they'll be locked).



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Bretz Mill condos in Shaver Lake, it's beautiful & serene in this complex. Please be respectful of long term tenants in the complex. Thank you!



Getting Around:

Downtown Shaver is less than 5 minutes down the 168.



Other Things to Note:

No more than 4 people in the condo at ALL times or you will will be violating my house rules & HOA. You will be evicted with no REFUND.

You'll have a white credit card looking key that will give you access to the gate in the complex, pool, spa and sauna. Keep in mind, if you lose it, you'll be charged $150. Thank you!



Please be respectful with loud noise after 9pm



**4x4/all wheel drive vehicles may be required with cables/chains during the winter season. Please be prepared or CHP could refuse entrance into Shaver Lake** If you have any questions, please contact me. Thank you!



Interaction with Guests:

I'm available during your stay if you need me, but I prefer to give my guests space.
