The condominium building is very accessible everywhere. It is near the airport, close to shopping malls like Boni High Street, Greenbelt, SM Makati, and Glorietta. A few minutes away from BGC and Makati centre.
The space
A lovely 1 bedroom unit, creatively designed and decorated to suit a busy city life. It has been decorated to the highest standard to cater to people with exceptional need for a place to stay in or live in.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole unit. Due to Covid-19, the common amenities of the condominium currently restricted for owner or authorized tenants only. Guests are not allowed to use these common amenities at the moment.
Other things to note
If you are looking for a unit that you can rent/lease for long term please do not hesitate to message me. We can discuss rates plus split of utility payments.
We will not be liable for any lost/left items in the unit. Please make sure you have all your belongings with you before checking out and passing the keys to our representative. Any found item will be communicated to you accordingly. We reserve the right for any doubts. We don't charge security deposits, please be mindful in using the appliances and furnitures inside the unit.
