It’s a beautiful, clean, quiet property, amazingly centrally located. But their cleaning service left us with four rolls of toilet paper for seven people and a ten-day stay. All supplies were similarly short. Two standard trash bags. The owner was nice and offered to reimburse us.

Lovely place to stay!

My family and I had a great stay! We had very young kids and the extra highchair and baby gate was a bonus, outdoor games were fun and kitchen was well stocked for cooking!

Great place

We stayed with a group of friends and went to Triple Play. Everything was well stocked including dishes, towels, and more. I would for sure stay here again.

Loved this house! Fire pit and hot tub were amazing and it was great having separate living areas for when the kiddos went to sleep. It does come equipped with a high chair, step stool, and pack n play. We did bring our own pack n play but it was nice to know we didnt have to bring a high chair and the step stool was handy!Very family friendly and the communication was great with the host with questions before and during our stay.

Really nice place

Everything looked new, Lots of activitys and games, kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable. I would love to stay here again!

Perfect for large families!

This house was perfect for our multigenerational family. Two bedrooms on the main level for couples and two bedrooms on the lower level for all the kids or singles. The kitchen was well stocked and the deck off the kitchen was comfortable to hang out on. The living room and downstairs family room were both very spacious. Easy drive to Silverwood/Boulder Beach! We would definitely stay there again!

Great spot for family

The house was a great spot for a family gathering. Large spaces and clean with nice quiet location. Close to the lake and wonderful host that was very communicative.

Absolutely lovely home. Looks like brand new! A/C was perfect! Everyone took a quick soak in the hot tub. We were too exhausted after our days at Silverwood to do much else . Lots of space for our family of 10. Those beds are SO comfortable! Even the bunks!!! Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Kids were delighted wit air hockey in particular!! thank you again for a great getaway

Clean, safe, fun stay in Couer d’Alene

Used this house as base camp for a soccer tournament in Couer d’Alene. The kids loved the bunk beds and air hockey & fuseball downstairs. The memory foam beds upstairs were very comfortable. The location was close to grocery stores, & restaurants. The owner was easily reached via text and provided great communication.

What a perfect pretty little spot

This property was absolutely perfect! The photos were accurate and the communication was easy. There home had everything we could have needed. I absolutely appreciated the clear information and the organization of the home. It’s was just perfect for our family vacation. It was close to the attractions we were visiting but also offered really great amenities for the end of the day family time! I hands down recommend this home!

If you’re looking for a place, that’s close to a grocery store, triple play, and all the other things at North Idaho has to offer. This is your spot. Beautiful home set in a quiet neighborhood. Very well appointed We had a great time

Enjoyable

Split level, plenty of space, 4 nights wasnt horrible for price, 20 minutes of a drive from Silverwood park. Checkout process was different than other rentals I've stayed in. Temperature control of the place is either too warm up stairs or too cold down stairs. And when kids mainly stay down stairs in bunks and adults are upstairs. Temperature management is a must.

Great experience fromt he start. Eric reached out and was available througiut the stay. Thehouse is set uonoerfectly for two famikues and is in a great location just iff the interstate with Coeur d'Alene and Silverwoods equal distance.

Location!

Loved this house! We had 2 families of 8 and we all fit! No one was on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked with seasonings! We do wish there was an air fryer and waffle maker but we survived. Lots of towels! We always bring our own and discovered they had more than enough for our group. Wish you could control the thermostat out was pretty warm at night and freezing during the day. Overall we definitely would rent again. The owner was easy to get a hold of. Oh and having Walmart and silverwood so close was the biggest plus!
