Our home is perfect for a family with children, as we have toys, and a child's bedroom set up, as well as child proof locks on cabinets, etc. The home is 3 full, finished levels, so your family will have lots of room to spread out and relax, or get together for a cozy movie night. The kitchen has everything you'd need to cook dinner in and keep your family fed for your stay. The fire pit and backyard are such a lovely respite during the summer months! It is covered so you can enjoy a fire rain or shine.
The neighborhood is known for it's top tier food scene and relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy walking or biking on 'The 606'/ Bloomingdale Trail. Walk half a block to Palmer Square Park, great to play with dogs and kids. Walk to a many award-winning bars and restaurants such as Giant, Scofflaw, Daisies, Moonlighter, Parson's Chicken and Fish, Dante's Pizza, Cellar Door Provisions Lula Cafe, and more. Our neighborhood is home to many breweries, including Revolution, Maplewood, Hopewell, Solemn Oath and Middle Brow Bungalow. There are also many cute shops popping up for local shopping! You won't run out of things to do in Logan Square.
The bus to downtown is on our doorstep (2 min walk) and we are a ten minute walk from the California stop on the Blue line (The 'L) if you have plans to sightsee downtown! It is easy and safe to travel this way.
Lastly, our street is very easy to park on if you are bringing a car for your stay.
