Encantadora casa de campo vitivinícola en el corazón del valle de Sonoma. Esta casa 2BD / 1BA está a poca distancia de más de 12 salas de degustación y bodegas (p. Ej. Kenwood, Kunde, Landmark, Chateau St. Jean, VJB, etc ...). El columpio del porche delantero y las sillas Adirondack miran hacia el parque al otro lado de la calle con vistas a la montaña en el fondo. Perfect For Our Weekend Away

This place was exactly what we were looking for, it’s got everything you need and believe everything you read about great location! No need to book an expensive wine tour when you can practically walk to most of them.

Perfect Sonoma Retreat!

Had a wonderful time here, the place looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean, and had all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. The location could not be more perfect. Walking distance to several wineries and just a quick car ride to many more of the top rated ones! During our stay we had power outage warnings due to the weather and Brandin continually updated us and had great communication. Would absolutely stay again and recommend his place for a lovely wine country retreat.

Perfect wine country getaway!

This is our second year staying here and we love it. The location is convenient to everything and so quiet. The place had everything we needed and the hot tub is so nice to relax in after a day of visiting wineries. We hope to go back next summer.

Winery haven!

The rental was perfect for our weekend wine trip to Sonoma Valley! We loved that it was walking distance to many wineries and eateries, yet tucked back away off the highway a bit. The hot tub and hammock out back were also a plus!

Glimmer of Paradise

We had a wonderful stay here and were able to really slow down and enjoy our vacation in the gorgeous private backyard. The hammock is a wonderful place for an afternoon siesta and the home is located within walking distance to several wineries. Brandon even sent us some recommendations on things going on in the area during our stay. The home was clean, perfect for us, and had all the components in the kitchen to make some wonderful meals. It isn't often that your rental has olive oil and a cabinet full of spices making your grocery store trip easy! The neighborhood was quiet and we are so glad that we revisited and booked this home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a way to slow down your pace, relax in the hot tub, and enjoy some quality time together. Thank you for the hospitality Brandon! Your home was just what us city folks needed to ring in our 10 year anniversary!

Homey, with a great location

We loved this quaint little home so close to so many fun wineries. Brandon was an excellent host, and the property had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We enjoyed the picturesque backyard with hot tub and beautiful fountain. The two rooms were comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend. We enjoyed a lovely lunch at VBJ Winery which was just a few minutes’ walk— you should check it out!

Little Slice of Heaven

This quaint cottage nested in wine country was PERFECT for my Best Friend’s 50th Birthday Girls Trip. Literally, the home is walking distance to numerous wineries. It was very clean and matched the listing perfectly!! Brandon is so easy to communicate with and checked on us to make sure we were taken care of! We could not have picked a more perfect place to stay in Kenwood...Sonoma County!!

Lovely home in a great spot

Lovely cottage style home in a convenient and picturesque location. We walked to wineries, drove to Napa, and even found a gym not too far away. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a perfect way to enjoy the spring evenings.

Quaint, quiet and relaxing

The neighborhood and house are so serene, just what you would hope for a relaxing wine country weekend. Brandon was very prompt with all his communication and thorough with details about the area, the house and the booking process. We LOVED the hot tub in the back, and enjoyed a night grilling out with our 2 guests. Location is a good 40 min drive into the heart of Napa (over the winding mountain views). The house is clean and up to date with almost all the modern amenities! (we were surprised to not have an iron and ironing board, but not a big deal) Bathroom with the deep clawfoot tub is just the right touch of vintage charm. The beds are very firm - not my preferred rest, but my husband didn't mind a bit! Great stay and especially for the price! Thanks Brandon!

Cute property in an amazing location!

My best friend and I just spent a long weekend here and it couldn't have been more perfect! The home itself is in a safe location. It's updated and clean, and had plenty of space for the two of us (there were even two huge, full-length mirrors - which is super important for two women getting ready at the same time). The yard and front porch were adorable - although, we truthfully didn't spend a ton of time there because we were so busy. I'm sure an evening in the private backyard and hot tub would've been amazing. Truly, what we liked most about this property was the incredible location. There is plenty to do within walking distance - wineries, shopping, food and just bumming around - perfect for a relaxing and fun weekend away. I recommend visiting the Mayo Family Reserve Room for their food and wine pairing. It's literally a block away and the experience was so fun! Like many other reviewers mentioned, you have to check out VJB, which is also steps from the front door! We did take a few day trips and never felt the drive an issue (Ubers were also readily available). I can't recommend this place enough! As I mentioned before, we didn't spend a ton of time on property, but when we were there it was absolutely perfect. Brandon was quick to respond to any questions before and during the trip. I'd love to come back and plan an extra day or two to wind down in the backyard because it really was so perfect. I'd definitely book this property again and highly recommend it for one or two couples, or a few girlfriends looking for a centrally-located place to stay in Sonoma.

Great cottage, great location, can't wait to go back!

We stayed here in October 2018 and it was the perfect fall getaway. The location of this cottage couldn't be more perfect. It is centrally located to everything in Sonoma and it isn't far from Napa, but there is so much to see and do in Sonoma there is no point of going to Napa. We loved that there were so many wineries within walking distance or just a short drive. VJB was across the street and we loved going there. The house had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen to enjoy our morning coffee and make breakfast. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the beautiful back yard. We loved that there is a vineyard right there on the property. The bed was super comfortable! We will definitely be back next year!

Lovely, relaxing and fun property!

The cottage was lovely. Immaculate, well stocked, updated, and great location! The amenities are great...we loved sipping morning coffee on the front porch surrounded by the "ready to harvest" vines of grapes! The hot tub is perfect, private and a great respite after the tough job of tasting and dining all over the valley! We didn't cook, but the kitchen is stocked so that you can do that easily! Best of all, there is plenty in walking distance if you choose not to drive! We'd love to stay there again, and again, and again! The homeowner is a pleasure to work with, responsive and helpful!

A nice, tidy little 2-bedroom home near Santa Rosa and Glen Ellen.

The property is in a lovely area surrounded by wineries, including some very good ones (VJB, Ty Caton). The house is comfortable, clean (except the oven), charming garden, well furnished. Could use a few more amenities, like an iron and an ironing board, a tea kettle, lamps on both sides of the beds rather than just one. The owner is super nice, and very helpful by email. The drive into Santa Rosa is about ten minutes... fantastic area for biking, too. Kenwood had some major damage from the fires, but it was localized and many blocks from this rental. You don’t see it, or smell smoke, or anything. More broadly, you can visit and enjoy Sonoma without feeling that the area is a war zone, the way the news made it sound. These fires were horrible but also patchy, and the vast majority of Sonoma Valley is totally untouched, even right in Kenwood which might have seemed likely to be about as impacted as could be found. So don’t hesitate and come visit a stunningly lovely area, with sensational wines, fantastic restaurants, and really nice people. The aftermath of the fires won’t somehow ruin the visit.

Amazing property and great location!!

We were in for a wedding at Chateau St Jean which is right down the street and rented this gem for four days while we were here. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. Great location walking distance to several wineries, restaurants and a convenience store. The quiet, secluded backyard with the hot tub was a welcome respite after a day of wine tasting! The house was immaculately cleaned and the beds were very comfortable. Sonoma center was a short 15-20 minute drive and there are plenty of Ubers to get around. Brandon was a great host and the communication was perfect. I highly recommend this property -- you won't be disappointed!

Great location - Great back yard with hot tub

Close to hiking trails, wineries, dining and groceries. Several wineries within minutes driving - tasting rooms within walking distance. Enjoyed hiking in several state parks only minutes away by car. Everything you need is very conveniently located. Enjoyed quiet evenings in the private back yard.

We thought the location was perfect. It was very nice to walk to a couple of places to eat and taste wine. Owner was very thorough with directions while in the house ( hot tub, lights, etc). We would love to return.

Great weekend cottage!

This place was perfect for me and two friends for a long weekend. It's very cute inside and the porch swing and hot tub made for great additions to the home. We had a small snafu with something in the house, but Brandon was super quick to respond to fix the issue and the weekend continued without a hitch. My only small complaint is that with the claw tub, the shower curtain wraps all the way around and I felt a little cramped while showering. But, that's just a personal thing! Plus, there is an outdoor shower that can be utilized instead. Brandon is a great host and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent, beautiful, restful – perfectly equipped.

This is just the perfect place for 2 to 4 people to stay for a while. It really felt like home to us. Everything was clean and tidy. The front porch is a beautiful place to hang out with a swinging bench chair and 2 adirondack chairs. The grape vines and plants in the front yard and a public park across from the quiet street made the home feel country, quiet and private. The living room has a nice big sofa and chair and is perfect for sitting around talking. There's a nice TV and Playstation 4 and wifi connected to the internet in the living room. No standard set of cable TV stations, but you can stream lots of entertainment from the internet to the TV. We weren't there to watch TV so the standard TV stations were not missed by us, but we were able to watch some olympic events streaming. The modern kitchen / dining room area is well equipped with all the amenities you might want. Everything was clean and easy to find. The whole place has a french cottage vibe that was a nice combo of modern and rustic. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and nice closet space to put your stuff and hang your clothes. Both bedrooms have french doors leading out to a really nice patio area. There are tables, chairs a hammock and a jacuzzi all with shade and beautiful plants in the patio area. The jacuzzi was preheated and perfectly clean. It is also set in a private location with an outdoor shower nearby. We really enjoyed a nice soak there one night. There is one bathroom that is cozy, but very cute with a single sink and a french style tub with a shower. The tub would be difficult to get in and out of if you have mobility issues. But if not, it works perfectly. You can actually walk to a winery / restaurant almost across the street. There are also 2 other restaurants and a small convenience / grocery store within walking distance. There is a park with a large grass field and some slides / swings across the street and you can get to another park to the south with a 15 minute walk. We were delighted with our stay here. Everything worked well and we had a great, restful stay.

Cute little French cottage in wine country

We stayed here with another couple over Labor Day weekend to attend a wedding in the area. Our stay was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We loved the fenced in backyard and hot tub, a perfect end to our evenings! Brandon was very accessible via email for any questions we had, and we loved the thoughtful bottle of wine he and his wife left for us! If you're looking for the perfect getaway while you explore Sonoma wines, this is it.

Great cottage in Kenwood

We really enjoyed this nice cottage in Kenwood. Perfect for two couples or if one couple is looking for a little more room to spread out. Cottage was updated in and out and has all the amenities one should need. Location of this cottage was perfect for all our needs. The owner Brandon is very helpful and quick to respond to any needs you may have, whether via e-mail or phone. 3 of the 4 of us were not able to hook up to wireless on our phones. Not a big problem as your not there to be on the internet. Bedrooms could use a drawer or armoire, somewhere to put your clothes. Hooks to hang towels would have been useful too instead of hanging them over the doors. Hot tub and grill were a big bonus! Overall our stay was great and we would stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
