A spectacular mountain setting awaits at this studio-style condo, beautifully positioned in The Lodge at Tamarron with a view of the mountains and golf course. This is a place for year-round adventure, with gorgeous resort amenities waiting to welcome you home.

This studio sits on the (elevator-serviced) fourth floor of The Lodge at Tamarron. On the scenic grounds, you'll find indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a gym, pickleball and tennis courts, a sauna, a steam room, grilling areas and terraces, restaurants, a playground, and coin-operated laundry. Enjoy a golf simulator, cross-country skiing, and fat tire biking on the property as well.

The condo is open, spacious, and full of sunlight, with a rear wall of picture windows framing the golf course and the mountains beyond. Enjoy a galley kitchenette with all sorts of essentials, including a refrigerator/freezer, a stovetop, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a Keurig (but no oven). There's ample seating for lounging, as well as a wall-mounted breakfast bar where you can dine or set up your laptop.

For entertainment, you'll have a selection of board games, a TV, and a Playstation 3 with Blu-ray capability. Central air-conditioning and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
