Welcome! Please read our entire listing before booking. Our 3 bedroom Residence has a bedroom & bathroom on the 1st floor for people with mobility issues. The top 2 bedrooms of the Residence and the 1 bedroom Carriage Haus are NOT suitable for people with mobility issues

Listing is for both of the houses on our property- Residence & Carriage Haus.

Perfect for wedding parties, family reunions, or any event where you would all like to stay on the same property!



Houses are next to each other & share a backyard



Each house is very unique- The Residence is a moody modern Victorian and the Carriage Haus is bohemian styled inspired by our travels. Both are very comfortable and inviting.



Each house has a cozy natural gas fireplace to curl up next to during those cool evenings!

The Residence (main house) has a beautiful chef's kitchen!



The dining room and living room are one open room and are great to hang out in as a large group!



Both houses have a/c for those hot summer nights. They also have heat for those cool winter nights.



The houses both have steep stairs (Victorian houses, amirite? ;)



The Residence (3 bedroom) has a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor for anyone with mobility issues.



The Residence- 3 bedrooms, sleeps 7

The Carriage Haus- 1 bedroom, sleeps 4 (fold out queen bed in living room- best for 2 kids or 1 adult)

You will have access to the whole property-none of it will be shared with other guests



The fold out memory foam queen sofa bed in the Carriage Haus (1 bedroom) living room is ideal for 1 adult or 2 children



DISCLAIMER- Because wildfires are foreseeable risks in this area, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided for fire-related issues (including smoke (air quality), fire bans, or fear of travel) unless a mandatory government evacuation order prevents access.

Guests are advised to purchase travel insurance if smoke from fires is a concern!



Dogs are allowed w/ PRIOR agreement to dog rules (they will be sent via email after booking). A non-refundable dog fee will be requested during booking.  No cats, please!



Please note the ceiling in the Carriage Haus bedroom is quite low. As long as you are mindful when getting out of bed, you’ll be fine!



Please note the bathroom in the Carriage Haus (1 bedroom house) is on the 1st floor and the bedroom is on the 3rd floor. This house is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or young children who are crawling or learning how to walk. We do not have baby gates but you can bring your own, if you’d like!



We charge $25/night for any amount of guests over 11 people

We have a highchair and pack n play in the Residence and a pack n play in the Carriage Haus

No smoking allowed anywhere on the property

We have Roku in the houses with TVs and speakers. You can sign into any of the services you'd like using your log in.
