At this haven, you can enjoy, kayaks, canoe, paddle board, outdoor furniture, barbeque, a sandy beach, and a beautiful 9-hole grass green golf course. An additional $25 charge per guest per stay above the four-guest occupancy will be an added fee.

Great experience and just what I needed to escape the city and reconnect with friends. Communication with hosts was great and the loft was clean, and welcoming . Beautiful scenery !

Beautiful stay at Sandy Beach

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The loft is very beautiful and well stocked with everything needed for a family trip with our toddler. The travel crib and booster seat were perfect. The whole place had everything we needed and more. Cora Lee made our trip exceptional and went above and beyond! I would absolutely recommend this beautiful stay right on the beach!

Girls weekend

The property is really nice. Super clean, a lot of utensils, pots, pans etc. It wasn’t too far from town which was nice as it was raining the whole time we were there so couldn’t make use of the lake. Beds were very comfortable. Check out The Diner in town for great breakfast.

We had a enjoyable stay at this property. Beautiful apartment with newer appliances and all the amenities needed. We enjoyed sitting on the deck for our evenings. Cora-lee was a excellent host and made us feel welcomed. She provided some info for local lakes that we might be able to fish and enjoy the beach. City of loydminister was only 20 minutes out which also gsve us othet opportunities to explore.

Easter family meet up

Great location and view of the lake! Very clean with lots of room for all of us. Enjoyed the BBQ for a steak supper the first night and full kitchen to cook up Easter dinner the next day.

Nice place for extended stay

We enjoyed having a place of our own to stay during Sask Summer games for several nights. The weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get to enjoy the beach and dock area but they looked very nice. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. The host was very friendly and responsive. We would recommend!

Perfect family accommodation.. comfortable & homey.. We truly enjoyed the lake views.. exterior stairway was well designed with good hand rails- my 85 year old mother was able to climb. .thank you

Great 1st experience with a VRBO / B&B

This was our 1st experience with a VRBO or BnB. The hosts were very kind in answering all of my 'rookie' questions & concerns. The process was seamless. We ALL really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very accommodating. Sandy Beach Regional park is awesome & this property is super. No more hotels for me!!!

Perfect fit

The location is only a short drive from Lloydminster and it was nice to be away from the busy, noisy traffic. There were 3 of us, and we had lots of space, with all the conveniences of home. There was a deck with a bbq and that’s where I cooked all our meals. We didn’t get a chance to go golfing or walk any trails as it was only a short stay. Cora-Lee was great, she even met us at the front gate to guide us in and there was a plate of homemade cookies waiting for us when we arrived. It’s definitely a place we would stay again, it was perfect for us!

Exceptional Stay, Outstanding Host and Beautiful Lake Views

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO suite, which is conveniently located just a short drive from Lloydminster. The directions provided by Cora-Lee made it incredibly easy to find. Initially, we were a bit concerned about the unit being a loft over the host's garage, but it turned out to be very private and serene. The suite itself is bright and spacious, with a lovely view of the lake that added a touch of tranquility to our stay. What truly made our experience exceptional was Cora-Lee. She is, without a doubt, one of the best hosts we've ever had. Cora-Lee was always quick to respond to any questions, and we were delighted to find a plate of homemade scones waiting for us upon arrival. It was such a thoughtful and pleasant surprise! During our stay, we also had the opportunity to play at the local golf course, which was a lot of fun. There was a farmer’s market happening the same weekend, and although we chose to mainly enjoy the peaceful, quiet space of the suite, it was great to know there were plenty of activities available if we wanted them. We definitely plan to return and would highly recommend this charming retreat to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We love the Sandy Beach community. Our neighbours are always planning events such as horseshoes or golf tournaments. The large lots with no neighbours behind or in front of us bring peace, tranquillity, and joy.

The lake loft is unique as it is connected to our house but separate, so we can enjoy privacy while still sharing our lake home with others.
