No parties or big events allowed. The living room features a large fireplace, sofa, accent chair, and a 70in Smart TV. There's a lovely table with room for 4, great for playing games or enjoying a light snack. There's an office desk which is the perfect work station with plenty of natural light, Fully stocked kitchen with electric black stainless steel stove, black stainless steel touch screen smart refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, black stainless dishwasher, black touch stainless steel microwave, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, etc. Kitchen table with room for 6. Counter height dining with room for 4. Must climb stairs to enter and exit property.


Bedrooms
Master bedroom 1 is located on the main level it includes a king sized bed, chair, dresser, and Smart TV. Master bath includes marble floors, a garden tub with wand, glass shower with detachable wand, floating vanity, bench chair, private toilet, cabinet with essentials, and a walk-in closet with hangers and stackable washer and dryer. Upstairs you will find Bedroom 2 includes a queen sized bed, bench chair, closet, smart TV, bunk bed with twin over full sized, and dresser. Bedroom 3 is also located upstairs it includes a queen sized bed, 2 lounge chairs, twin bed, a kids' table, children books and games, and a closet. Bedroom 4 is located downstairs in the finished basement it includes a queen sized bed, chair, closet, and Smart TV. Bedroom 5 is also located downstairs in the basement it includes a queen sized bed, chair, closet, and Smart TV. All linen/bedding/towels are colorful white linen and are not guaranteed.

Bathroom
Master bedroom has a private bathroom Master bath includes a garden tub with wand, glass shower with detachable wand, floating vanity, bench chair, Cabinet with essentials, and a walk-in closet. On the main level there is a private half bath with a toilet and sink. The upstairs hallway bathroom has a shower/tub combo, toilet, and single floating vanity. The basement has a full private bathroom that has a shower/tub combo, toilet, and single floating vanity.

Basement
The basement features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer, kitchen, a small living space with 3 chairs and a side table. The basement has a fully stocked kitchen with an electric cook-top, stainless steel refrigerator, stainless steel dishwasher, stainless steel microwave, stainless steel portable oven, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, etc. Counter height dining with room for 2.

Supplies
Each bed has 4 pillows. All bedroom closets have 4 bath towels, 4 wash cloths, plastic hangers, and blankets. Free Wi-Fi throughout. 2 Irons, 2 Ironing boards, hair dryer in each bathroom, bathroom essentials, and cleaning essentials are all provided, 3 rolls of toilet tissue in each bathroom totaling 12 rolls and 2 rolls of paper towels. If you need more toilet tissue or paper towels, please provide your own 2ply only. All linen/bedding/towels are colorful color varies. On-site washer and dryer. Laundry room 1 is located downstairs in basement. Laundry room 2 is located on the main level inside the master bedroom room closet.


Safety
Safety features include alarm system, door bell camera, outdoor camera, smoke detector, and fire extinguisher. There is a door bell camera connected to the alarm system located outside the home by the front door the doorbell camera and all outdoor cameras will be recording during your stay for safety purposes only, if you tamper with the camera, you will be asked to leave, do not place any recording devices inside or outside this home, safety for our guest is top priority. Candles, and flash lights are located in laundry room.


Parking
The driveway can fit 2 small vehicles. 2 vehicles are allowed to park on the street, blocking the driveway and mailbox only. Park at owners' risk property manager/company/ homeowner will not be held liable for any theft or damage. Do not block the neighbors driveway or mailbox in any way.
