Pool and beach seating are available on a first‑come, first‑served basis, and the friendly resort staff is always happy to assist with general needs throughout your stay. While member‑exclusive perks are reserved for owners, the resort’s welcoming atmosphere and excellent amenities ensure a wonderful experience for every guest.

All Inclusive Options: An all-inclusive meal and drink plan is available directly through the resort for any confirmed reservation. The plan must include all guests staying in the same suite and must be purchased for a minimum of three consecutive days. You may add this at any time after your reservation is confirmed. The resort also offers a daily pool only all-inclusive plan, which provides unlimited drinks and select food options at the pool area.

Cancellation Policy (Please Read): VRBO does not allow us to show the full cancellation fees, so the accurate policy is outlined below:

• Full refund for cancellations made within 60 days of booking.

RESORT FEES:

• $100 cancellation fee for cancellations made after 60 days up to 30 days before arrival.

• $200 cancellation fee for cancellations within 30 days of arrival ($250 during holiday weeks).

All remaining payments will be fully refunded according to the VRBO listing cancellation policy.

During your stay at Villa del Palmar Cabo, there are just two small daily charges to be aware of when checking out— and we like to keep them simple and stress free for you:

• Local Environmental Tax:
A small city mandated fee of about 38–42 pesos per person, per night. This helps support Cabo’s beautiful beaches and local conservation efforts.

• Shared Resort Gratuity:
The resort adds a modest 110–150 pesos per room, per night as a shared tip for the wonderful staff who take care of housekeeping, groundskeeping, and behind the scenes service. If you prefer, you can adjust or remove this at checkout — totally up to you.
