Welcome to the worlds most famous Beach! Updated Boho Studio Condo by the ocean. Condo sleeps two with a Queen size bed, a kitchenette, and tub/shower combo. Property offers a outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a game room, a small gym, and gated beach access. Daytona boasts miles of pristine sand, sun, and saltwater.. right outside the resort. Enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean while relaxing poolside. Then spend your evenings taking a stroll as the sun sets in Paradise.

These guys are great

This is the second time I have stayed in a unit from these owners and they do an excellent job of providing clean accommodations at a reasonable rate. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering staying in Daytona Beach.

I can’t express enough how nice of a stay this was. Everything was thoroughly thought of including snacks for our stay, beach amenities, and even some full sized toiletry items (aloe for your burns included!) It was a great experience with easy access to 2 pools and the beach. Thank you for everything!!

great for short stay

It is an older property but kept up very nicely. Pool was wonderful and all staff was very nice. Room was perfect for me and my grand daughter. Location was good. Bed was comfortable.

Very sweet well kept on the beach

It’s always nice to stay right on A1A on the ocean . The studio has everything needed . Very comfortable bed and easy access to everywhere.

Daytona Bike week

It was a great spot to come to bike week very central to all the activities in Daytona. We were able to walk to Main Street and local restaurants. The room was set up very nice and clean!

An older apartment but clean and well presented. Bed excellent. The aircon was mechanically noisy when running. The apartment faces south, on to the Atlantic Drive. The road noise was extremely bad, HD motorcycles. Double glazing would fix this problem. When I made the booking I thought the apartment faced the beach, and would have been far quieter.

We definitely got our value back. Good location clean and simple. We stayed 3 nights. Plenty of consciences for that length of stay. Recommend for a couple on a quick stop over

We had a nice room with a lovely view of the sunset. The room had a few footprints tracked throughout upon arriving, but it was super easy contacting the host and getting maintenance out to clean up the floor the next morning! Overall, I had a great trip and I would LOVE to come back! We took this trip for my 20th birthday and it was so perfect and everything I imagined! Thank you so much for everything!

Pleasant surprise

I enjoyed my stay at Salty Tides. The room had everything I needed to enjoy the pool and beach during my stay. It was a good place to unwind after moving my daughter into her college dorm nearby.

Fine for a couple in of days.

This place is located in an older building but is right on the beach. It is basically a hotel room with a mini fridge and microwave. Host provides all you need for a couple of days including beach towels and chairs (note these are low to the ground chairs). Bed is comfy and pillows were good. Host was always quick to respond.

Outstanding vacation rental

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this Sea Dip property. The welcome package, unexpected free amenities, and everything you could think of that you wished for or had forgotten to pack was right there - toothbrushes, shampoo, sun block, snacks, etc., as well as an iron, board, hairdryer, extra fan, deodorizer - you name it. Our communication with Kelly as also easy, facile, and friendly. Highly recommended! P.S. If your room number starts with a '5', look for 'PH' instead, presumably penthouse. Cheers!

Unclean Bed

From driving in, I already knew the place was OK. However, I was very disappointed in this condo. The room was smelly, like old and humid, and unused. The sheets on the bed had yellow stains and I found a long hair on the sheets under the comforter. The toilet was unflushed. The only reason I am not giving a one star is because there were towels for shower and beach and the host left snacks which was nice. But, overall, this is not the 9.2 rating it has.

My husband and I love to go on weekend adventures to see great rock bands. This adorable condo was less than 5 minutes from Peabody Auditorium, where we were going to see the Tom Keifer band (Cinderella). Located directly on the beach with private access to guests, the building also featured a pool and grill area. Our condo was super clean and thoughtfully stocked with conveniences by our host. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the welcome snacks that Kelly took the time to provide. We also appreciated the coffee bar, microwave, and mini fridge that were in the room. We made a trip to Aldi and enjoyed some of our usual favorite snacks/breakfast foods before checking out and heading home. We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend! I highly recommend this condo and will stay there again in the future!

Pics listed were not what we got. Very small, no private balcony, doesn’t face beach, not updated. Bathroom very old, paint chipping in tub, old tile, mildew/mold on bathroom ceiling. Dehumidifier had to be dumped 3 times a day& very loud. Air very loud. Neighbor dog barked consistently. No hot tub. Pool closes at dusk. Pretty run down/older. No kitchenette/only sink was outside of toilet to wash dishes in. Stains on all bedding, sheets & mattress pads. Very “old/moist” smell despite an air purifier & glade sprays all over. Little things like snacks were stale, ice tray was empty, crack in coffee cup that leaked. Sand all over floor from beach when we arrived. Microwave very small & didn’t work well even to heat up water for tea. We VRBO numerous times a year & have always had great experiences until this time. Would not recommend this facility. Quarters were tight with only 2 of us there. Walls thin, even on top floor could hear all the jumping & running up & down the concrete walks. Sunscreens were either empty or very old & yellowed. Dead bug on bathroom floor. We did take pictures of all these things. One good thing, someone paid for streaming services. We didn’t have to log in to our accts although were so unhappy with room we were only in to sleep & get ready. Will not be back to this spot even though we have 3 more trips this year to this area.

We are so sorry that you brought a large travel van with you and that you did not like the parking lot because it required you to have to back up and you didn’t feel comfortable backing up. It’s truly disheartening when a guest goes the extra mile to leave, obnoxious, dishonest reviews because something did not go their way. Had you communicated to us in advance that you were traveling with a vehicle, the size that you brought and asked about parking, we happily would have talked about parking with you. It’s reviews like this that truly hurt and cause serious distrust with host versus guest communications. Had you read the listing description in full you would have been aware that you were paying $45 a night for a city side condo not a balcony suite at a nearby resort. We wish you the best in your future travels and truly hope that you reach out to your next host in advance so they do not have to experience something like this.
