This modern farm-style residence is nestled on a three acre, wooded and landscaped retreat less than 2 miles from the Sonoma town plaza. The plaza is home to a variety of outstanding local restaurants, shops and over 20 winery tasting rooms and local wineries.

Upon arrival, your senses come alive as you take in the beautifully appointed and landscaped grounds; here you find it is easy to feel at one with your wine country surroundings. As you enter the residence, you are immediately drawn to the large open living spaces, the grand fireplace, vaulted ceilings and modern farm house décor. The extensive collection of local artwork connects you to Sonoma and your surroundings. The main living areas are an open concept with ample accommodations for all your guests and entertainment. As you explore to the other side of the grand fireplace, you are greeted with a wall to wall slider that opens onto an outdoor living oasis and woods. On this side of the residence you find a gourmet kitchen that can be used as a gathering space for a simple meal or a full-on cooking extravaganza. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing any meal, including ample prep space, a professional range and side by side refrigerator and freezer. The dining table which seats ten overlooks the outdoors. A lovely contemplative spot where you may enjoy your morning coffee any time of year. This spectacular home, completed in 2022, offers 4 bedrooms, a master suite with a king size bed, a junior suite with a queen size bed and 2 additional bedrooms – one with queen size bedding and other bedroom with twin size beds – that share a full bath. Each bedroom is carefully furnished and decorated so to offer its own ambiance and sanctuary.

As you transition from the living spaces to the outdoors, you are greeted with wrap-around porches, botanical style gardens and a variety of open spaces. The resort pool and hot tub invite you to relax and take on the beauty of nature. A walking trail through the wooded surroundings opens nature further to your senses; oh how easy it is to get lost in everything that makes a Sonoma experience so unique. With ample seating and furnishings to enjoy a swim, sunbathing, or a fire at the family fire pit, the possibilities to relax, play games or just become one with your surroundings abound. This is also a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine on summer evenings, have a relaxing breakfast and there is plenty of space for lounging on a chaise with a good book. Chances are you will see --depending on the season — hawks, pigeons, turkey, and the occasional deer or fox. The wrap-around porches afford ample spaces to take in the surroundings from every vantage point. In the evening the landscape and lighting transform the property into a stunning resort.

Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and do require a pet fee if approved.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbors. If a neighbor is disturbing you after hours, please reach out to us. We will do our best to communicate with the neighbor. We have a zero-tolerance policy and do not allow any parties, loud music, or disturbances. Any instance of breaking these rules can result in your booking being immediately canceled. A $250 fine will be charged for any noise complaints that require intervention. We use surveillance technology in the way of exterior cameras, we will use this to verify that rules are not broken. There are no cameras inside the residence.
