• No smoking or events are allowed at any time on the property.
• Only registered guests are permitted on-site for liability reasons.
• For stays longer than 3 weeks, we provide basic cleaning every other week (excluding dishes and laundry). A cleaning fee applies and will be charged before check-in via Airbnb.

• The towels provided include one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth per guest; two extra sets in the linen closet. If you require extras, please bring your own or ask me in advance so we can accommodate you. This helps keep cleaning fees low.
