This house was perfect for our large family. The picturesque landscape was beautiful with the snow covered tree tops. Close enough to Leavenworth to enjoy the shops.

Amazing Property

Great location, not far from Leavenworth and close to a beautiful hiking trail. All the beds were comfortable and the game room was a hit! Will definitely be planning to come back!

15 of my family members were able to stay for a few days in this beautiful house. It is close to Leavenworth, but far enough away from the congestion of Leavenworth during Christmas time.

The house was beautiful. Our family of 16 stayed when our son got married in Leavenworth. We loved the location, the design of the house (set up on 3 floors with bedrooms on each to separate people a little), and the backyard/patio was awesome!The house was very clean and full of everything you need for cooking. We were missing some towels upon arrival which was immediately remedied. Would stay again!!

Great family getaway

Property was exceptionally clean. Hot tub was sparkling and we all enjoyed it thoroughly! It snowed >10” one day we were there so we really got to enjoy the covered patio and fire place while the kids made the biggest snowman I’ve ever seen. Great house, great weekend!

Fun Family Venue

Welcoming, Clean, with pleasant setting. This location is ideal with games and activities for varied interests like hiking,cooking, reading, hot tubbing ;shopping in Leavenworth ; a playfield nearby for youngsters;porch and deck sitting for the more sedentary participants. Perfect for a familly of diverse ages and interests. The air conditioning was efficent and welcome when desired. We had a lovely visit.

Family Reunion by Leavenworth, WA

This house actually looks better in person then the pictures show. Beautiful home that was clean and well kept. Easy drive to Leavenworth or Wenatchee to goof around. We used this for a family get together and had a wonderful time. Some of our favorite things about this property were the three levels of living (made it easier to get more privacy), the amazing appliances in the kitchen, and the fun games available.

FRAMILY trip of Friends who became Family!

It was a wonderful time spent with family and friends as we celebrated the holidays. The place is clean, well kept and we enjoyed the game room and kitchen. it's cozy and spacious and the open concept is perfect for our group. The housekeeping rules for check in and out were clear. Location is close to nearby attractions and shops. This is highly recomended!

Nice house, poor neighborhood

The home was absolutely beautiful especially kitchen and play room downstairs. Check in process was great on the home was clean and well advertised. The only downfall to this home is the location. There were several broken down cars and a trailer across the street in an open lot. There were a few people that were outside "working" on the cars all night.

Beautiful property, but big inconveniences.

First off, the property is perfect for a big family of all ages like we had! Big back yard, jacuzzi, multiple living rooms, large laundry room, multiple bathrooms, lots of space, many beds, & the play rooms were great with ping pong, an arcade game, & pool table. The house/property itself was beautiful but the issues we had were incredibly inconvenient! I am not a complainer but this was an important trip for us, my mom has cancer & we wanted a nice trip!We only spent 3 nights & the first 2 nights we had NO hot water! It was February, so it was very cold & snowy. We were a group of 15 which included 3 kids & 2 toddlers. We had to heat water on the stove for them to bathe which took hours! Only to find out that on the 2nd day the heater was broken & needed to be replaced. Which kudos bcuz they changed that day! The property has no cellular service. So you need to heavily rely on the wifi! Our wifi kept going down. It probably went down like 5 times during our stay. There is no way to reboot wifi in the house so the property manger needs to be contacted, which is hard with no wifi. Luckily, there is a land line. At the end of the stay they only refunded us 200. I know these inconveniences were out of their hands, but it really put a big dent in our short yet very important family trip. We payed almost 3k for the 3 nights and think that we should have gotten a little more back, with what we experienced.
