Private covered pool beach house with view of pool.

Welcome to paradise in this beautiful four bedroom, three & 1/2 bath beach home. Enjoy the large screened pool & sundeck just steps from front entrance. Crescent Beach, the river/intracoastal waterways, and restaurants are a short walk from house. Enjoy the three large decks with one on top of home for sunbathing and view of ocean. Second floor host the open floor plan with kitchen, dining, living area, bath and small bedroom with queen murphy bed. Third floor is three bedrooms and two baths. Half bath on ground floor for rinsing off after beach and pool. A wonderful vacation home sleeps eight.
(Parents/grandparents check out the children splash park "St. John's County Pier Park" right at the beach/ocean on Beach Blvd.)

The house was very nice and clean and in a wonderful location! Our only complaint was the propane tank was empty and the stove was unusable. Unfortunately the situation was not resolved until the night before our departure and we had purchased groceries prior to us knowing about the stove not working. Other than that we enjoyed the screened-in pool and the short walk to the beach!

This place was fantastic. Plenty of room to park. The pool was great. The property was very well kept and communication with the managers was very quick and easy. My only issue, and it was very minor, was the lack of pots and pans, drink ware, foil, cooking spray, etc. All of the drink ware was plastic. It was frustrating to have to buy foil and basic things that many of the places I have stayed previously have provided. The keurig did not work and they brought us a new one the same day. Additionally there was no beach buggy and they dropped one off. Communication was wonderful! We would definitely stay again!!!

Great Place to Unwind

We brought a few friends with us and the place was great. Plenty of room for all and great location. Only a short trip to the city without the city crowd. The management group was fantastic! The grill was nowhere to be seen so I called them to inquire and they brought a new grill with all the equipment and charcoal out the same day. Top Notch!

Amazing location!

We absolutely loved this house! Location was great - a block off the beach and a short drive to town. The house was a great size for our party of 5. The pool was a bonus for my teens! Will definitely be back to stay again!

Amazing stay

A great house and so convenient to be beach has everything you need for the beach and also cooking in the home. Loved to have a pool also changes the game when you have a pool and the beach! Will definitely come back.

Location is good. Close to entrance to drive on beach access and beach parking but also close enough to walk to beach with our chairs,etc. Shower and bathroom at pool level was a nice touch.Sheets need to be swapped out for non-holey ones, cannnot close or open door to the Murphy bed room when bed is down.

Amazing house

This house is beautiful and located right by the beach the walk to the beach is about 5 mins or less and the views from the top deck were amazing. Patty was easy to contact not that I needed to only time I called was to ask if pool had heater which it doesn’t but that’s the only negative thing I would say but my kids didn’t mind. I would def book again if I ever visit this area again.

Not the best weather since hurricane Milton came mid-week during our stay! We had everything we needed and never lost power. Great location and plenty of room for our trucks and kayaks.

Family vacation

We chose this property for the short walking distance to the beach. The property provided beach chairs which was an added bonus. This was our first visit to crescent beach and planning to return to the area next year. The only negative was there was no WiFi and all the tv’s used Roku. Thankfully we had a hotspot we used until the service was restored, unfortunately the service was restored on the last day of a 5 day vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a quick walk to the beach. The pool was great to have just steps away. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. On-site washer/dryer was an added benefit.

Great spot

Location couldn’t be better. Short walk to the beach, but far enough away from the crowds. The pool is a lifesaver with having young kids when it gets too hot at the beach. House is super nice - cozy. Perfect for a family getaway.

Beautiful home

The house is beautiful. You can walk to the public beach just easier to drive. Didn’t get to use the pool but one day because it was ice cold and weather wasn’t great. Location and the beach was good. Not crowded. Beds were firm and comfortable. No grill. Just a really small charcoal grill that we put together. There are beach chairs supplied in the laundry room. If you plan on washing clothes, bring detergent. I would definitely stay there again. You are 20 minutes south of historic St Augustine which is a must visit.

Beautiful house!

This house was perfect! The location, the house, the view, the beach…. My family had a great time. You can walk right across the street to the beach. There is a little spot to fish down the road behind the house. It was only about 20 minutes to St Augustine. The house had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Very clean. The property managers were very quick at communicating with me when I had questions. I would definitely love to stay here again.
