Welcome to the newly decorated Nicky’s Resort on Fall River. Nicky’s is a riverfront property along the Fall River, less than 5 minutes to downtown Estes Park and the Fall River entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. Nicky’s features 22 tastefully remodeled rooms that make you feel like you have arrived in the Rocky Mountains.

This unit is one of our larger units and features a private bedroom with a queen-size bed, another queen-size bed in the living area, and a futon bed that will sleep another guest. Featuring a Roku TV for streaming, WiFi, and a Keurig coffee maker. All rooms have been tastefully decorated with a mountain and forest theme.

Nicky’s Resort is a small, classic Estes Park riverfront retreat with just 22 refreshed rooms, offering a laid-back alternative to large hotels. Guests enjoy access to a seasonal outdoor pool, propane BBQ grills, riverfront seating, a wood-burning fire pit, and lawn games including cornhole and putt-putt. A full-service restaurant and bar is located just across the bridge next to the property.
