The house is in the residential area so itis quiet at night when guests sleep. However, it is close to main street with 2 minutes walking to the public transportations. Also 2 new subway stations are closed by and conveniently walking there.

It is a new construction so all the ventilations system are modern, clean air with filter and up to new building code plus with the unique custom designs.
