¡¡REDUCCIÓN DE PRECIO!! Finales de agosto y finales de septiembre. Reserve ahora por un precio muy reducido. Estancia mínima de 4 noches.

Amplio, pintoresco y se siente como en casa. Disfrute sentado en el porche en su propio rincón privado de la comunidad frente a arbustos y árboles. Una decoración única y todas las fotos fueron tomadas por nosotros (la mayoría de las fotos fueron tomadas en mayo de 2017)

Hermoso condominio de 2 habitaciones / 2 baños en el popular Runaway Beach Club; más de 1150 pies cuadrados. Este condominio cuenta con una ubicación de la planta privada, primero con hermosos jardines circundantes. No hay escaleras para subir. Tras un largo día en Disney, ¿por qué quedarse en una habitación de hotel cuando puede alojarse en un espacioso apartamento de relax con una zona privada a un precio excepcional sólo 2-3 millas de los parques. El complejo cuenta con 2 piscinas, jacuzzi, mesas de picnic / parrillas por laguna, casa club con sala de pesas, cerrada. Sólo unas pocas millas de los parques de Disney. Características de apartamentos incluyen lavadora / secadora, encimeras de granito y todos los servicios para disfrutar de sus vacaciones.

Nuevas mejoras realizadas en abril y mayo de 2017 para hacer que el condominio se sienta aún más en casa: dos nuevos ventiladores de techo, TV de pantalla plana de 40 pulgadas para el dormitorio principal, valencias en el salón, cortinas oscurecedoras para el dormitorio principal, alfombras en la cocina, entrada y baños, nuevas cortinas de baño y espejos en el salón y la sala de estar.

También recientemente reemplazado: Nuevo horno de microondas, pantalla plana nueva / TV inteligente en la sala de estar, pantalla plana en el dormitorio principal y cama nueva de tamaño completo y cama doble en el segundo dormitorio.

Yo uso una empresa de gestión de gran reputación en el área de Disney que me ayude a mantener, limpiar y alquilar la unidad. Yo no uso la compañía de gestión de las instalaciones.

El condominio se limpia y se prepara antes de su llegada y el costo está incluido en la tarifa de alquiler. (Sin cargo extra para la limpieza).

Como norma, deben ser proporcionados (6) juegos de toallas limpias; si usted cree que puede requerir más, es posible que desee llevar extras con usted o conmigo o dejar que la sociedad de gestión sé. También se proporcionan sábanas, pero si va a utilizar el sofá cama, es posible que desee traer un juego adicional.

Si los huéspedes experimentan algún problema con wifi, por favor hágamelo saber. Lori en la casa club también puede ayudar durante las horas regulares de trabajo. Sin embargo, wifi se ha actualizado recientemente y funciona muy bien.

Walmart está muy cerca si necesitas algo.

Nice, clean, roomy

2 of us spent 3 weeks here. Very clean and comfortable. The property has a lovely walk around a lake, and the pool is great. The iternet becomes unusable around 8:30 or 9:00 every night, but they were laying fiber cable while we were there, so that will likely be resolved soon.

Nice place

Property was great, but its location was close to a busy street and was a little noisy at night when trying to sleep. Making reservation through rental app was easy, but having to drop by property management again the next morning to make a copy of license and credit card deposit (Florida rentals requirement) was a hassle. Overall nice property though.

There is a Main Street running along side the complex. It doesn’t seem to bother most people when sleeping but I do notice 5 to 10 percent of guests are more sensitive and do mention that. If you arrive late and use the late check in procedure, my management company does need the guest to come back in the morning to collect some information; they are only 1 Mile from the condo. I am happy to hear My guest enjoyed their stay overall.

Nice place close to Disney parks/SeaWorld, etc.

Overall we were happy with the condo we chose to stay at. It had most everything we needed for one week stay in the Orlando area. The management company was hard to get a hold of at times when we had questions about how to work the cable or to let them know a window was leaking when a thunderstorm went through. Also they could have left a few more towels knowing a family of 5 was planning a stay for an entire week. Would recommend this place again for another trip to this area......

Great condo, Great Disney location, Minor mix-up with Management Company

The 8 day stay was wonderful with condo a quick ride to Disney and Walmart around corner for necessities. Unit was clean and spacious with two bedrooms. Property was perfect for two grandparents and grandchild who spent majority of time at Disney. The four stars are a result of Management Company who double booked our last day and at first expected us to move to another condo. After a discussion, the tenant coming in on our last day was re-scheduled elsewhere and trip was fine.

The only negative thing I have to say, is about the managent company. Online they were soppuse to open 8-8 everyday. But the workers kept changing the hours making it very difficult to check in. We had to change some of our plans to accommodate them. That did not make us happy. And we felt the company could of cleand a little better. The window sills had bugs all over them. But over all it was a very nice condo and the owner was very good yo communicate with.

I am glad the guest liked the condo overall. I will provide feedback to the management company. The management company is typically fully staffed till 5 or 6 pm then after that there is a lockbox for a late check in procedure if no one is there. I will also ask them to check out the window sills to clean any dead insects left from spraying etc.

Depending on whose staying next door and the time of year, it can be a bit noisy or pretty quiet. However that’s true wherever one decides to stay. Generally Jan. thru Mar. are the busiest time of year. The road noise doesn’t seem to bother most guests but I do recommend purchasing a small fan from Walmart for $15 for some white noise if traffic nearby is bothersome for light sleepers. My management company is one of the best in the area; they keep the condo clean but I must admit keeping up with windows is a challenge in Florida. I cleaned the windows myself a few months ago when I was there also. New living room couches are coming soon.

Great time

We had a family of 5 and felt very comfortable in this condo. There was no salt and pepper, so we went and bought some and left for the next guests. This is the lower condo and the people above us were heavy walkers. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here. There was a stroller at this condo and it was free to use, which we appreciated! Thanks so much.

The house was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Very clean and had all the amenities that you could want. The only problem is the location of the house. It's a long walk from parking lot to front door. Great place, nice time

Glad the guest enjoyed the condo. If you park facing the building and follow the sidewalk around the left side of the building it is a longer walk than if you just walk around the right side. The right side is shorter but no sidewalk extends all the way to the front door.

Great Stay!

This was our families first VRBO experience - and it was great! All members of our family were happy with our stay. If we ever go back to this area, we would definitely stay here. Soooo much better than a hotel!! The location was great. We were visiting Disney each day and it was very convenient. An average of 10 minute commutes to the parks, depending on traffic. We learned the toll road that was right outside the complex was the best way to get there! We’re from NY and it took the E-ZPass. It cost $1 each way. The condo itself is nicely tucked in the back. Others spoke of a slightly noisy road behind us. We did not find this to be the case. Only periodically we would hear traffic outside - nothing that bothered us, but if you are super sensitive, it may. Neighbors were either not home or super polite - as we heard nothing. Slept well! 😊 The condo was well stocked for initial use. Paper towels, tp, dishwashing soap, dishwasher detergent, a scrubby sponge, bar soaps, and 1 laundry soap was provided. Very helpful. Depending on your length of stay, you will want more dishwasher and laundry detergent as well as tp. Also will need shampoos and conditioners. We bought some pump hand soaps as well. (Tip: Add all of it to your Walmart grocery app and have them deliver it!! It was soooo worth the $10 delivery fee. The Walmart’s are incredibly busy and it was worth it. Choose the W Vine Srteet Walmart. The one down the street 1/2 mile does not deliver and was always busy.) We also noticed he had a stroller and pack and play - so family friendly! About 15 hangers were also available. We loved the pool at the end of the day. Not too cold - perfectly refreshing. 😊 It was never too busy either. One night we even had it to ourselves! Paul was a great host - answered all questions very quickly. Would trust the properties he rents going forward. Overall - awesome experience! Thanks so much!! 😊

Great place to stay!!

Recently stayed here for a Disney long weekend.. Townhouse is very cute! Plenty of room and very close to parks.. 4-5 miles at most. Very close to Walmart and restaurants too!! My only “me being picky” complaint was there was no iron in the unit. Had to go back to mgmt co next morning to “check in” and pick up iron.. then had to go back to return iron before leaving!!! Would be easier for renters to just leave iron in unit at checkout ..(since they get a credit card number when picking up the iron anyways)... but overall ... loved our stay!!!

Great time at Runaway Beach Club!

Our unit 102 was very comfortable and very clean. The unit was up to date and very well maintained. My grandson really enjoyed is room ad there was plenty of space for him to play. The pool complex is very nice and the location is great for Disney and any other attractions in the area.

Great Location

This is a gated community with easy access using an available code. Paul was lots of help with the information that we needed when arriving at the property. The outside of the property was well maintained and the pool was wonderful. This condo was very clean, well maintained and laid out nicely. The rooms were ready for us when we arrived. The kitchen was clean with all dishes and utensils available. Everything we needed was in the home. It is probably a good idea to bring beach towels as they are not provided. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which made our stay so much more pleasurable. There are many restaurants, supermarkets and a Walmart in the near vicinity. The location could not have been any better. We have already reserved again for next year.

Perfect Long Weekend Getaway

This is a great location very close to Publix, Walmart, resturants, shopping and of course the parks!! We had a group of 6 adults and everyone was very happy with the space. Cozy and spacious

Very clean, cozy and spacious condo, lots of extra closet space. Liked that it was tucked away in the back. A bit more privacy. Excellent Vacation whilst staying at this property

We had a thoroughly enjoyable 3 week stay at Paul’s condo. Ideally located for visiting the Disney Parks and SeaWorld, and a short drive to the I4 for getting to Universal, as well as all the other attractions. Running Waters is a entry controlled resort, and is clean, well maintained and good facilities, including a fully equipped gym and swimming pool. Close proximity to Walmart’s and Publix and other stores. The ground floor condo was well equipped and comfortable, and we have no complaints at all. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The only thing I have to complain about is the time the Workout area closes and you have to walk your trash down all the way to the gates. Where they should charge a little more to let the people sit it out by the sidewalk and pay a trash company or someone to gather it up and take to there compactor.

Amazing, quite, and clean condo <3

It was amazing 35 days stay in this comfortable and quite condo in a safe and small community complex with good facilities, the furniture is good and clean, with fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, also cleaning tools, the bathtubs are xlarge and very relaxing. Everything you need is near the complex as walmart, amscot, gas stations, publix, UPS, and outlets. Generally, in Orlando you need to rent a car, or you can use Lyft or uber. International Drive Street is near and most of the parks are 25 mins max away by the car. Finally, many thanks to Paul he is very responsive and always has answer for your questions.

Spacious, clean, and the location of the resort was great for Disney parks!

The resort was in our favorite location for Disney parks with two different grocery shops within a mile. It also had 2 nice pools and the grounds were very clean. The home itself was spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchen. There seemed to be a problem with bugs inside the home but we have stayed in several places in Orlando and most have had this problem. We adults dealt with it but the kids were not fans. One of the couch beds had a sign that said not to use it. The location of the room inside the resort was challenging. We could hear traffic all night long as it was right beside a main road and getting groceries inside was a task as the home was hidden in the back corner of the resort. Check in was extremely simple and it felt like it was our home for the month. Overall, worth the great price we snagged!! I would stay here again.

Glad my guests enjoyed their stay overall. The one sofa bed mattress is a bit worn so until we replace it I just recommend my guests use the other sofa bed so they are more comfortable. Bugs can be a nuisance during the summer months in Florida around doors and windows especially lately with all the wet weather. My management company thoroughly inspects and sprays the property for bugs between each guest. However I do encourage guests to let us know if they need the management company to come out during your stay and spray again, especially with longer stays more than two weeks like with this guest.

Great location and comfy place

We had a great time at Paul’s place. Easy check in, close to parks, pool area was awesome and having the washer and dryer was awesome to have.

I bought this as an investment property and for friends and family to have a place to stay around Disney. Since I only own two properties (my primary home and this one investment condo), I take great pride in this condo. To me, it is not just a rental but a second vacation home. I personally stay here once a year and deep clean, inspect and paint while staying. I believe people expect their vacation rentals to be as nice as, or nicer, than their primary residences. I try very hard to provide excellent customer service and to help make my renters vacations as enjoyable as possible.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I enjoy this private location and sitting outside the front door among the bushes and trees. It's nice to easily walk right outside and not have to deal with steep stairs. I also enjoy walking the path around the lagoon. To have a private setting within 2 to 3 miles of the Disney parks I think is very unique.
