Guest can have cleaning service in their home once per month and this shall be an additional charge depending on what they want done. For example if they want all linens and towels washed, bed made, bathrooms and kitchen fully cleaned, then the cost shall be an additional charge of $199.00 per incident. If a long term stay, we require at least cleaning one time per month and this shall be an additional charge.



Pets may be allowed if under 20 lbs and house trained, cage trained.
