The Master Bed Room also has a work station Desk for computer work or play. The Master Bedroom also has its own Outdoor Patio connected to it.

The Home has a completely fenced back yard.

There is a another bedroom downstairs which has a Queen Bed.

Upstairs LOFT also has Standard, (very wide ), King sized bed which is very large with its own private Full Sized Bathroom with Tub Shower combination. Book now.

You will occupy the whole home with Keyless entry. This home is not shared with anyone else. Book now.

You must be age 25 or older to book this home and be able to provide us a copy of your drivers license upon demand and if you do not provide us your ID, then Host has the right to cancel your reservation within 72 hours of you making your reservation. Book now.

Guest can have cleaning service in their home once per month and this shall be an additional charge depending on what they want done. For example if they want all linens and towels washed, bed made, bathrooms and kitchen fully cleaned, then the cost shall be an additional charge of $199.00 per incident. If a long term stay, we require at least cleaning one time per month and this shall be an additional charge.

Pets may be allowed if under 20 lbs and house trained, cage trained.

No Parties or Events

PETS. The Host does not allow pets unless approved in advance and a pet fee is paid by Guest: Only one small dog under 20lbs and must be house broken. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, without approval and or paying an additional pet fee, of $110.00 for one pet, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited. If more than one pet are brought to the property, then an additional fee of $75.00 per pet observed will be chared to the guest to cover additional cleaning charges. Pets must be house trained not to do their business in the house, crate trained and crated if left on the property by themselves for any period of time. Damages caused by pets are an extra charge above the pet fee.

ADDITIONAL PET WASTE CHARGE of $65.00 if you do not pick up your dogs waste from the back yard, Please remove and dispose of properly before you check out.


DISHES at Check-Out.
Dishwasher must be run and emptied of all Clean DISHES before Check-Out. Dishwasher must be run and emptied of all Clean Dishes put away or incur an additional $75.00 charge. A charge of $100.00 if any dishes are put away dirty as it can damage incoming guest reviews.

For bookings over 30 days the line item that says taxes ,shall mean cleaning fees to cover monthly mandatory cleanings. Execution of the rental agreement is required for all guests. If not completed prior to check-in, it must be signed immediately to continue occupancy. Access to the property, including door keys or entry codes, is contingent upon completion of the agreement.

Execution by an authorized company representative covers all occupants assigned to the property.
