This retreat is part of the Lake Arrowhead Association, granting you access to a variety of entertaining community amenities, including two heated outdoor pools, full-service restaurant and lounge, private beach centers and playground areas, a 300-acre lake, two private boat launches (you are unable to leave the boat docked), tennis, bocce, and basketball courts, two golf shops (non-member rates for golfing), chalet, hiking trails, and tubing hill.

In addition to all these amenities, you will enjoy a fantastic location near ATV trails and must-visit attractions, including Ho-Chunk Gaming, Dyracuse Park, Big Horn Ranch, Rome Farmer’s Market, The Ridge Trail (an advanced three-mile trek), The Songbird Trail (a moderate 1.2 miles roundtrip), Nepco Lake County Park, Point Bluff Resort (tubing, canoeing, and kayaking trips down the Wisconsin River), and Wisconsin Dells.

Upon entering this retreat, you will encounter a beautifully decorated open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, exposed wood beams, and floor-to-ceiling windows flooding the space with natural light and beautiful vistas. Invite everyone to spread out comfortably in the living area, where you can plan your next adventures, or enjoy a fun evening playing board games. Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen, equipped with all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals. This level enjoys an extensive golf course-front deck with marvelous vistas, an outdoor dining area, and a gas grill - the perfect spot for summertime cookouts! Another gem on this level includes a designated workspace with a desk, monitor, desk chair, and printer - all facing the golf course.

Downstairs is all about entertainment with a kids' playroom boasting many board games, children's games and toys, bean bags, and a TV with an Xbox 360. You can also discover an entertaining rec room with another smart TV, a dart board, plenty of fun books, and a dry bar with all the essentials. Additional perks include a high chair and an on-site washer/dryer.

Things to Know
1 vehicle pass will be provided. Each vehicle using the amenities will need a pass. More are available for purchase, this is now $5.00 a day/per vehicle. They would need to call in and provide them with all of the details of how many more they would need and the first and last name of the guest, and the home they are at.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
