Welcome to a gorgeous vacation unit near Huntington Beach, California. An amazing with spacious open floor plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, and a nice living room. Your whole group will be easy to access to everything from this centrally located place as Little Saigon, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, John Wayne Airport, and much more. This place is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shopping centers, amusement parks, and many other entertainment places.
This is a main unit of the multi-family home with fully furnished (not including the garage and backyard). The unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a spacious kitchen. In the living room, there are TV, sofa, a ceiling fan, and a football game table. An open floor-plan kitchen with completed cooking utensils, pots and pans. It is connected to a large dining room. Guests may enjoy coffee and view the street from the front porch. Guests are free parking on the right side of the front yard; it can fit for 2 cars. This unit is an ideal place to stay for family vacations.

The house was clean and well kept. All of the listed amenities were present. The concern we had was the quality of the bed frames in each room. Mattresses were fine, but we were literally worried we would end up on the floor if we rolled over on the beds as they felt unstable. Host said they would fix the issue, but didn't indicate when. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, had plenty of room for our group.

As a family of six, this house option couldn't have been better. It is exactly identical as the photos. The location is great too, close to everything you need.The house is spacious clean and was very comfortable for us. What i also want to highlight is how professional the manager Vannie is she replies fast and is always very cooperative. Definitely deserves a 5 stars rating !

Overall great experience. Easy check-in/check-out. While the property was generally clean, it appeared that it could have used a vacuum in the corners (the tile shows dirt easily that was left behind in prior cleanings). To be fair, that might have been in part because the prior visitor checked out late and the cleaner was still at work when we arrived.

Spacious home with an accommodating host. Our family of 5 including 2 children enjoyed our stay. The parking was a bit tricky getting in and out of the driveway but not a deal breaker especially for the price we paid. Host allowed us to check in early so that was very helpful after a long overseas flight. Overall great experience. Would book again!

Vacation Wonderland

The owner, Vannie, was in constant contact and responsive. Check-in details were simple. Very nice place for a family stay!! Decently stocked kitchen appliances, pots and pans with mostly everything you need for cooking.One of the best items in this property is the five filter Reverse Osmosis drinking water system. No need for bottled water. Bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished nicely. The living room gameroom was a big hit with the fußball table. We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and centrally located for everything we wanted to do. I would stay here again when we are in the area. Highly recommend!

Perfect home base for Baseball road trip

The property was clean, spacious and centrally located for our baseball road trip to Dodgers, Padres, and Angels games. Air conditioning was welcomed after long day at the ball-park. We especially enjoyed the foosball table!

Nice Place on a Busy Street

Nicely furnished unit as part of a duplex. The host was communicative and overall location was great because it is central to many tourist hotspots. The only issues were 1) it being on a relatively busy street (so bring ear plugs!) 2) the neighbors were a bit noisy (again bring ear plugs!). Otherwise, the place is great for a family trip. Air conditioning was cool and the beds were comfortable.

Awesome Vacation Home

We planned a family vacation here in California before our oldest moves on to college. We thought a Vrbo rental would be more cost effective for us than reserving multiple rooms in a local hotel. Price point was great for the amount of space in the home. There were 6 of us and there was plenty of space and privacy for all. The inside of the home was super clean & nicely kept. The house was equipped with all the essentials needed for our stay. There were kitchen supplies in cade we wanted to cook and cleaning supplies. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very vlean and all linens were fresh. We were very happy with this rental anf and I would highly recommend it. It is literally 20 minutes from all theme parks and the beaches. There is a grocery store, donut shop and gas station within walking distance of the property. Vannie the host was super detailed with check in and responded very promptly to messages. Loved it! Will definitely use Vrbo for future vacations.

Spacious with off street parking

Check in was very easy, and Vannie was very easy to communicate with. Every time I sent a message, I received a very prompt response. The property does have multiple shared walls, so keep in mind that you may hear the neighboring tenants from time to time. There was quite a bit of noise through the walls on our first evening, but when I let Vannie know, she said she would remind the neighboring tenants, and they were much quieter after that. The property was spacious, and had everything we needed to cook several meals. We also had fun playing foosball. The off-street parking for 2 cars was very nice to have!

Overnight

We just stayed here overnight as we were in town for a baseball game. The house was clean and ready for us and the host made the check in time two hours earlier which was great. Overall the house met our needs for the short time we were there.

Good Stay

The inside of the home was very clean. The furniture and mattresses were new and very comfortable. I only wish that I had known before checking in that it was multi-family property. I was shocked when I heard them and they were walking outside of the bedroom windows (to access their house). It wasn’t a terrible experience, but shocking and wished I had been told before check-in. The neighborhood was in good proximity to food and stores and a good location for our commute to Long Beach. We ultimately enjoyed our stay Andi would recommend for a short stay.

Disney family trip

Since we live an 1.5 hours from Disneyland and visited both parks for 2 days. Staying closer to Disneyland was a good choice. The house was very clean, it was on a busy street but we only slept there. But was comfortable for us all.
