Welcome to this relaxing home by the water for your getaway. It is perfect for vacations, retreats, meetings, family visits, and BUSINESS travelers. One level home has two bedrooms and 2 1/2 full bathrooms, two walk-in showers, a breakfast room, a kitchen, Family room. The house entrance has no step and minute walk to Downs park. Patio next to water front ,fire pit and outdoor furniture.

Communication with the host was perfect. Check in was simple! The house was clean and the house was right on the water. Beds were vey comfortable. No issues and definetly no complaints. Will stay here again on the next trip!

This was a lovely little home, in a great neighborhood! My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Everything was clean and well cared for and the host was responsive when needed!

Had a lovely 5 night stay at this cozy cottage. Clean, simple, and a nice view of the water. We even saw two bald eagles outside one morning!

Newly Weds Get-A-Way Stay

Our overall stay was good. The exterior of the home was clean and comfortable. However, the rear exterior patio area was not clean even though we specifically requested it to be due to previous reviews that we read prior to booking. The patio area’s furniture was not clean, there were spiders, leaves and a whole bunch of ant hills on the patio area and even more in the surrounding grass which made it hard to enjoy the beautiful view outside. The grill was horrible and could not be used due to it’s unsanitary conditions. But overall, the property was nice.

Great place!

We loved everything about this property: the renovations, the decor, and the location! Everything was well thought out. The beds were comfy. The location was quiet and peaceful with restaurants in close driving distance.

Lovely water view/access

Meeting up for family reunion and chose to get our own space rather than share boat,bedrooms with dozens of family/friends. Great decision with this house,quiet except for the rooster we heard early every morning.The dog being able to join us was also a plus. House was clean, plenty of kitchen supplies.The counter space proved limiting for meal prep but the large dining room table was handy. Comfortable beds, Beautiful bathrooms, and the powder room added another space when showers, etc were occupied.Large fridge, great to have use of washer/ dryer! And Wi-Fi, too. Didn’t watch tv. Pull out sleeper is pretty hard, so we used our air mattress , brought along came in handy.The lawn chairs were so comfy, however the outdoor sectional cushions were pretty nasty. Looked dirty and uninviting, but the space was large and would seat lots.The lawn was infested with flying ants!making walking anywhere, especially in the back yard, a nightmare. Swarms of bugs would stir and fly in your face, hair, drink, legs.My poor dog couldn’t find a place to go bc each step would stir up dozens if not scores of flying ants. Definite downer and made us not want to sit outside.The pergola was safer. Another disappointment was that windows didn’t have screens, (only the slider had screen) so stuck with running the ac when it was beautiful and cool and breezy outside! A small fenced area for a dog would be fab! But we enjoyed walking unto the end of the road and a drive to the state park dog beach.

Nice,relaxing vacation

The property is spotless. The dining area overlooks the water and is so calming. The kitchen is very modern, even has a air fryer. The bedroom mattress is very comfortable.The shower is very upscale with the rainshower shower head. I loved sitting outside on the patio which has a covered area. The patio has a oversized fire pit and gas grill, and seating. We really enjoyed every day we spent at the home.

Relaxing getaway

The house was very clean and well appointed. We were in the area to visit Annapolis and the boat show. It was only about half hour drive to town and was just far enough out to relax outside by the water. No sounds of traffic! We saw all kinds of wildlife. Highly recommend,

A lovely place

We really enjoyed our stay. We travel a lot. This is the cleanest rental we ever stayed in. We loved having our coffee outside in the morning. It’s very peaceful. There’s nothing negative to say about our stay. We truly enjoyed everything about it.

Fantastic getaway

This property inside may have been the most clean place we have have stayed at. It was a great size for our family of 4. We have 2 kids over 18 and it worked great. When we got there the fridge was not working. Everything was warm. The host drove 90 minutes the say night I texted him and fixed the fridge. The host was great! I would definitely stay there again! The kayak's were great as well!

Great place to stay

The house was great and clean. Easy to access the property and great communication with host. The back patio was not quite usable because the chairs and couch were covered in dirt and spider webs. Was definitely looking forward the fire pit.

Peaceful Place

Immaculate, quiet neighborhood, on a calm inlet of water. Each bedroom's having its own private bath, plus separate half bath off the main living area, rare for a two-bedroom and a real plus. Easy check-in and check-out. Host is a good communicator.

I made an Excellent Choice with this rental

This house is extremely well maintained. Has all amenities needed. Very clean, modern fixtures and has a cozy home feeling. The owners communicated so well to make sure we were pleased with everything from pre-check in, during check-in and during our stay. Loved the pier, it provided many hours of fishing entertainment. Even the neighbors on both sides took time to say hi, as well as all the kayakers and boaters that went by. I highly recommended this rental.
