I absolutely adored this home, the views, the area and how truely comfy the place was. There are some steps to get down to get down to the home but I’d gladly take them again to wake up with the fireplace going while watching the sunrise. 10/10

Me and my wife stayed here and the property was beautiful and clean! The area is great and plenty of restaurants in the nearby town to try out. Very close to Muir woods and the neighborhood seemed very safe and was quiet. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a vacation spot just outside the city but still close enough to make that trip into SF.

Location was very convenient, and the view was fantastic. The unit was nice, with plenty of towels and a comfortable bed. Some of the lights were burned out (around the vanity), and one of the air ducts was taped onto the ceiling with packing tape. There was also a strange smell, sort of a fishy odor. Not sure if it was something from the upstairs unit as we did not cook anything while we were staying, but it was persistent and unpleasant. Parking was easy at the top of the hill. Neighborhood was very quiet and lovely. Would stay again.

Perfect stay!

Nancy’s place is very comfortable and the view over the bay was fun to wake up to. Everything was clean and the bathroom is especially nice. We really enjoyed the jetted tub after long days of sight seeing. The kitchen had all the basics we needed to make breakfast in the mornings. It’s a quiet reprieve away from the city. We even saw a deer and two fawns wandering around the yard a few times.

Dreamy Mill Valley Experience

Really nice place, lovely neighborhood, and charming views. Everything was clear and easy to follow. It's very hilly, but that comes with the views.

A lovely retreat

Such a lovely place to stay. The doors along each room that flank the front with the beautiful view of the bay are heaven. I loved waking up with the sunrise over the bay. The bathtub was a giant gem. It’s one very small downside was that there isn’t a place inside to sit at a table and eat or work. Otherwise, it was great.

Great views - inside, too!

Beautiful views of the hills and Bay. Lovely finishes. Best suited for a romantic couples' get-away, but plenty of room for 3. Extended outside deck expands the space in good weather. Finishes like the tile, flooring, cabinetry, etc. were lovely. Lots of nice little surprises like the under-counter fridge/freezer, automatic tea kettle, coffee pods, etc. Would stay again.

Wonderful Vacation Rental!

Nancy is a superb host, and her property is amazing. Incredible views of San Francisco Bay and the surrounding areas. The floor-to-ceiling windows and doors run the full length of the rental. And it’s so quiet. We’ll be back, and won’t consider staying anywhere else. Many thanks!

Great location with fantastic setup and view

This place is wonderfully set up for a couple. There are about 40 stairs to descend to get to the unit. It’s quiet with no noise from upstairs. The location and view can’t be beat! We will recommend to our family and friends.

Relaxing view of Bay

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed ourselves. Great location, peaceful, helpful property manager/owner. One suggestion is to include information about the many stairs to the property. We both use canes so getting luggage and food in and out was quite difficult.

Cute Stay in the Bay

Close to the ocean, Golden Gate Park, and Muir Woods. House has everything you need for a relaxing stay, great tub, comfy bed, terrific views and a washer and dryer! Property manager was responsive and helpful. The only downside might be the stairs getting to the flat on the lower level and the tiny streets but parking provided was more than sufficient.

Wonderful View and Place

Fantastic view of Richardson Bay with and a colorful sunrise. Well appointed and easy to get to everything. Good communication with host. Perfect for a couple. Great price/value. I would highly recommend (and for context I grew up in Mill Valley)

Romantic oasis

Nancy’s property is absolutely cute and stunning with amazing views, we stayed here during fleet week and we’re able to see some of the show from the amazing private balcony, deers also visited us in the morning and the jet stream bathtub was perfect. Every room provided a view and we had all of the essentials for a comfortable stay. The property is located only 15 mins from Sausalito boardwalk, and even closer to Muir Woods and many other great hikes and scenery. Nancy is a great and very responsive host. Looking forward to coming back soon!
