Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest`s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

Other things to note
➤ Baggage drop off is allowed at the front desk from 8am to 4pm (meaning must be picked up before 4pm) for 5$ per bag
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don`t guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you`re preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can`t guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

👉🏻 The primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property, including any charges accrued.
👉🏻 Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
👉🏻 Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
👉🏻 No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without host permission.
👉🏻 No parties or events are permitted, and illegal activity is prohibited. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
👉🏻 No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit.
👉🏻 No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
👉🏻 No tents or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
👉🏻 Please avoid moving furniture.
👉🏻 A $50 charge will apply for any lost keys.
