Lake ConRoy's Game Junction

Lake ConRoy's Game Junction is the ultimate hang out! This quaint accommodation is a sweet place to stay offering tons of fun w/ a pool table, shuffle board, a bowling game, etc. along with a kitchenette, bathroom, sitting area, and two huge TVs. We've recently added a bedroom with queen bed and tv. Plus we have a queen murphy bed that sleeps 1-2 and a sofa bed in the common area. And just outside your door, you can play sand volleyball, grill, and chill-lax around a little fire pit. Conveniently located w/in 1 mile of historic downtown Montgomery and 10 minutes from Lake Conroe.

We're located near the railroad just south of historic Montgomery, which offers a sweet, nostalgic feel to the experience. Living quarters is basically one giant room as seen in photos with a cute sitting area, a high top table near shuffle board, a kitchenette, a workstation from which the Murphy Bed unfolds out onto the floor near the bathroom, and a sofa bed. Bedding and pillows for Murphy Bed and Sofa Bed are located in sealed tubs beneath shuffle board table. We've recently added a bedroom with a Queen size bed. Oh, and the bathroom does have a door, just to be clear. :-) This space is the ultimate hang-out.

The kitchenette is stocked with essentials to prepare meals using a microwave, which is also an air fryer, a toaster, a counter-top double burner cooktop and a counter-top griddle. Plus the grill just outside the entrance is a gas or charcoal grill with a griddle option off to side.

This unit is located on a property along with two other rental units, so if you're planning a family gathering or looking to hang out somewhere for a stay with friends, message the host, Roy, to inquire about availability of adjacent properties or check our accommodation availability feature on our website. The entire property (3 units, including this game room accommodation) will comfortably sleep up to 20 guests, and one of the other properties has a swimming pool!

Our Game Junction comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with an add'l nightly fee applying to guests 3 - 6. If you are planning a social gathering here, but only 2-6 guests will be staying the night, we do require approval prior to check-in and an additional fee may apply based on the number of people expected to enjoy this accommodation with you.

Again, we do allow social gatherings, but WE DO REQUIRE NOTIFICATION prior to check-in and the HOST's FINAL APPROVAL.

Smoking, including vaping, is not permitted inside our homes or accommodations, but outside lounge areas are provided. We do ask that you don't leave cigarette buts nor other paraphernalia on-site after checkout.

** PETS ALLOWED_$50 Per Pet FEE applies upon check-in unless you process payment at time of booking. ** We ask that pets are kenneled, when left unattended in our homes. And if they snuggle with you on furniture, we ask that blankets or pads are placed beneath them.

LATE CHECK-OUT options available at three different levels: Until 12 noon @ no charge Until 2pm @ $45_Until 6pm @ $75. * If a LATE CHECK-OUT is desired, please connect with Host, Roy, via text or call for approval, so we may confirm it will not conflict with any other guests checking in or housekeeping. Upon Host approval, you may pay for and confirm your late check-out via Guest Guide link provided and Stripe Connect (credit card transaction).
