Welcome to Rammer Jammer!
This gorgeous newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath home is a family's dream come true for vacation! Rammer Jammer is located just 4.6 miles east of Bryant Denny Stadium. The property can host 6 adults plus children for a maximum of 8 guests, and accommodate 4 vehicles. Inside, the living room has games, a smart TV and comfortable seating. The open floor plan allows you to cook in the kitchen and walk seamlessly into the dining room and living room while overlooking the pool area through several large windows and two glass paned doors. There is also a pack-n-play and highchair available.
The Kitchen: The kitchen has a coffee station so that everyone can stay fully caffeinated during your stay, french door style refrigerator, and every possible kitchen utensil you could need to cook a meal for yourself or the whole family! You will also receive a starter set of coffee supplies and a welcome basket of treats!
The Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. **Guests must request to have the optional Queen roll-away or the 2 Twin roll-aways set up in order to sleep 8.**
Bedroom 1 has a Queen sized bed and a TV. This bedroom has access to the hallway tub/shower bathroom located directly across the hallway. Bedroom 2 has a Queen sized bed and a TV. There is a bathroom with an en-suite walk-in shower and walk in closet.
Sleeping Space 1 has a two Twin sized beds. This sleeping space has access to a tub/shower bathroom located off of the hallway. Sleeping Space 2 has a Queen sized bed.
The Amenities: The outdoor area at Rammer Jammer is a true slice of paradise right in the middle of East Tuscaloosa! Walk out onto the massive open deck to find plenty of seating as well as a fire pit that will keep you warm on the coldest of days! If you want to grill out, there is a propane grill with utensils! Once you are done grilling keep enjoying the beautiful weather and eat under the separate covered patio space with a table to seat 8 people, as well as additional seating to relax in once you have finished your delicious meal! Ready to take a swim? There are plenty of pool toys for the kids, or those that are young at heart! There is a "man cave" with access to the pool and a wet bar with a mini refrigerator and enough glassware and utensils to make you feel like a true mixologist! There is a telescope for stargazing and pool table for some fun competition! The fully fenced in yard will keep your children happy and safe! The steps that lead off the deck to a grassy area is the perfect place to toss a ball.
This is an owner occupied property that vacates when it is rented. If you find some of the owner's personal items in the condo, this is why.

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*
*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. This includes the pool and/or hot tub. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*
*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*
*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*
*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

We loved this house and location
The house was absolutely adorable. And the location couldn't have been any better. Our drive to and from the stadium ON GAME DAY literally took 7 or 8 minutes, max!! Incredible!!

Everything about the house was very nice and our host was extremely gracious and welcoming. All of the members of our group commented on how nicely decorated and warm the house felt.Only one negative is that the house is pet friendly and so we brought our Sheltie with us. We walked the fence line to make sure there was no way he could get out while we let him out back. But I guess he went over to the gate in the carport area and it opened up. We got very lucky because someone down at the end of the street by the busy roads called the number on his collar to let us know he had walked down there. If I had not had the number on his collar we would not have ever found him or he could have gotten hit by a car. We checked the gate afterwards and could not find a way to secure it to where it would not easily open up again so we only let him out if we were outside with him.Otherwise we loved everything about the property

There were eight of us traveling from Huntsville and San Antonio, Texas for an Alabama game. This house was perfect for us! There were TVs in every room, a pool, a pool table, wonderful kitchen, etc. I could go on and on! The owners left goodies for us which we enjoyed. We were only there for two nights, but we felt like we needed a week to enjoy everything! A big “thank you” to the owners for sharing their wonderful home with us! We’ll be back!!
