Stillwater is the cutest! The kitchen was well stocked for our home-cooked meals. Beds were comfy and plenty of room for the five of us! Owner even came and scooped the snow during our stay and neighbors plowed. Minnesota nice :)

The ground floor is nice, clean and have tons of space. The second floor has two rooms with two beds that are extremely uncomfortable. Same goes for the linens. Bathroom was not good also. We bought new linens for both beds and even that wasn’t enough . We checked out a day earlier to sleep at a hotel. ;(

We really enjoyed our stay while celebrating my recent engagement. The home is a beautiful older house full of charm, from the classic pulley windows to the original room doors and gorgeous wood floors throughout. Each room was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was very quiet, which made for a relaxing visit.Jeff was very helpful and quickly resolved a situation that arose during our stay. We truly appreciated his responsiveness.We would definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area. My only minor criticism is that the refrigerator appeared recently used and hadn’t been fully wiped out, and a few kitchen drawers had some leftover food debris. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

We had a girls weekend at this location. It was quiet and close to downtown Stillwater. We enjoyed the shared areas - living room and dining room. The only downside was the twin futon was not the most comfortable and we ended up using an air mattress and sleeping on the couch. There also wasn’t a lot of extra blankets. We had brought our own without knowing so be prepared. Otherwise, we were happy with our stay

Fantastic location! What a sweet, quant, clean house with lots of character. Kitchen was roomy and fully stocked. Great living room for convo and/or a movie night! Loved it!

The house was set up well, clean and good parking. Plenty of room to enjoy our down time. Owner was very responsive. The third bedroom had a short futon which would be fine for a child but not an adult. A twin bed would have been better. Overall, very satisfied.

Weekend getaway

It was a nice place to stay for the weekend. Had everything we needed and super close to all the fun in town. The only downfall was the bathroom was upstairs and we had a few family members that were older and that was a pain for them to climb the steep steps to use the restroom. Other than that we were very very satisfied.

Cozy stay in convenient location!

Jeff's place was the perfect location for our girl's getaway to Stillwater! A great location if you're okay with a 10-15 minute walk to get to your destination - it worked great for us and we didn't have to drive once! We stayed in one of the nights and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to make a meal. Highly recommend if you are in Stillwater!

Strategic planning at the dining room table

Three of us do this annually and find that the dining room table and the outlets on each wall for each of our computers just perfect. The challenging walking to and from downtown Stillwater was done every day and enjoyed the places to visit and the bridge to walk over.

Fun stay

We had a little Stillwater girls weekend and really enjoyed out time there. Great little town with lots of great places to eat and have cocktails. We walked to downtown Stillwater both days....a short walk on a nice day. It's uphill on the way back so we chose to Uber which was about a $10 charge so not bad at all! We truly were only there just to sleep. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. It didn't matter for us, but bedrooms are all upstairs which may be good for someone to know if they have trouble with stairs. Overall a good stay!

Great place!

This place was just as described. It had fabulous pans for cooking in the kitchen because I for one do not like Teflon coated pans And this place had stainless steel and even a cast-iron. You will need to bring your own coffee -had a Kurig Maker but no pods. we did buy a drip coffee maker, but I have no idea if it will be there next time. There is a washing machine, but no soap. Super quiet neighborhood.

Stillwater Friend Reunion

The property itself is lovely. Great decorating and is an old house completely redone. 3 bedrooms and the only bathroom upstairs (lots of steep stairs to get there). One bedroom has a futon. We asked the host for bedding for it and he said there was none. We felt it was not "sleepable" without some kind of bedding but he just said "no, no bedding" and was not helpful in any way. He said no one else had complained. The house has a nice sun room but the windows were open and we couldn't get them to close.It looked like it was supposed to rain. I sent the host another text to which he replied, "They close." He then called saying there was nothing he could do and just to leave the windows open. Again, no help. The property was nice. The host, not so much.

Really nice house; great neighborhood

This is a very comfortable house with large well equipped kitchen, a great little enclosed front porch and nice sized dining and family rooms. Reliable, easy to use wifi and TV. Room air conditioners kept us comfortable in living, dining and bedrooms. Tub area could use a refresh but single bath is fine otherwise. Quiet street and great walking neighborhood; close to town and the Farmers Market. Host was exceptionally accomodating with responsive, timely communications. Great family week stay; would book again. Roomair conditioners did the job

Lovely Stillwater Experience

This property is lovely - very on-brand for historical Stillwater - a town I adore. Perfectly suited for our family of five. Super quiet street (dead end) located conveniently just blocks from the heart of downtown. Owners super courteous and kind. Looking forward to booking again!

I live in the Stillwater area, and love the location of this home. I want to share that experience with other guests so they can see what Stillwater has to offer. Being within walking distance of so many local amenities makes it a great spot to stay.

I chose this neighborhood due to the location. I love being a 10 minute walk to downtown Stillwater. There is always something going on each season. Whether it's Lumberjack Days, Ice Castles, or Harvest Fest you can find something to do! Not to mention all the great bars and restaurants.

Besides the location, the property has a great lot. Perfect for yard games and to sit back by the fire.
